I was forced to use these people for a warranty repair of a ******* fridge. I had to pay them a $95 diagnostic fee out of pocket before they'd schedule their diagnostic visit. They performed the diagnostic, determined it was the compressor, and ordered parts through ******* (which was required). Parts took weeks to arrive, and they wouldn't schedule the repair until they had parts in hand. Thus, more delays. When the tech arrived to do the repair, he realized it wasn't just the compressor but also the evaporator that was at fault. So there was a second round of parts ordering and then scheduling a repair. More delays. Finally, they repaired the fridge. And it worked for one week and failed again. I finally convinced ******* to refund the purchase price of the fridge. So, delays and incompetence were the hallmarks of my experience with National Repair Center. I'm sure National Repair Center will reply, as they've done with the other comments, to claim none of this was their fault. To be fair, ******* has plenty to answer for. But National Repair Service added difficulty and delay at every turn. And their "repair" lasted one week. This is the short version. If you want the full details, ****** wheatblog and "why I'll never guy another *******" for my blog post on the subject.

Do not use! This company was a third party repair company used by my large appliance warranty. They only showed up two times, with no resolution. ( I have been without a washing machine now for weeks) They do not contact you unless you reach out to them. They are not prepared to complete the job and they threatened to not finish the job if I contacted BBB or my original sales company to inform of this situation. The customer service is horrible and threatening. Do. Not. Use. !!!

The first trip was to diagnose the unit and then we had to order parts from your warranty company and then when the tech was replacing the parts some of the bolts are seized up and will need to be replaced in order to install the new motor to the gearcase and we had to order those bolts from your warranty company, this was out of our control and you are more than welcome to call your warranty company.

We had a tech at your house on 3/15/2024 and he explained to you that we would have to order parts to fix the unit and the tech states you started yelling at him saying he should have had the parts with him to fix it, but with the issue on your freezer we had to diagnose it first to know what parts we would need to fix your unit and while he was putting his tool bag back in his fan the tech states you told him to get off your property or you would call the cops, we will not send a tech back to your house and also your warranty company is aware of this. Here is the text sent to you on 3/11/2024 letting you know we need to diagnose the unit. This is something that we will have to come out and take a look at to see what is going on, we will get you on our calendar to get you scheduled and will reach out to you typically within 72 business hours

Incompetence is an understatement. Our dryer started making an obnoxious noise almost a year ago. We got assigned this company because it was warranty through Lowes. The technician, *****, came and said he needed some parts. Couple of weeks later he replaced the parts, but noise was as still there. We called them back and his response was theres nothing I can do for a noise. Fast forward a few months and the dryer is now not drying. We call them back and the same tech says that the dryer vent is clogged. Mind you, its a house that is built within the last 1.5 years. I entertain and call a vent cleaner and comes and spends more time setting up than anything else. He got the brush in the vent and hardly got anything out. Also tested airflow which was well above the recommended average to work properly. Even he made a comment about the dryer and the noise it was making - which can be heard from outside. This company is completely incompetent.

We have a GE washer and dryer and we are still waiting past 8 weeks for the washer to be fixed totally. i would give them a minus 3 stars if i could. the repair man came and looked and said it was the agitator, it needed to be ordered, 2 weeks later. It wasn't it. then he ordered the gear box, so another 2 weeks later plus he got that in and it was partially the gear box, mainly the spindle down the center that turns the drum separate from the agitator. then he found out that the pulley that is on the motor is stripped out on the inside of it. "This never goes out" said from the repair man. so he had to order this and it is now in, but he has to get the route schedule in order to be able to put us in the list of repairs to do. i think that since we have been waiting so long, we need to be put to the top of the list, but he just gets snippy with me on messenger. so never the less, we still do not have the washer fixed and are getting tired of the laundromat. this has cost us about $200 in quarters at the laundromat. i hate it. we did contact the customer service and they did graciously reimburse us for $75 worth of expenses for the inconvenience of not having the washer. we will never buy a ge item ever again.

We are not GE and are a 3rd party service company contracted by GE to do the repair, the technician is replacing the parts that he finds bad for a unit that will not agitate, unfortunately that can be caused by several different parts and we have had part delays from GE and that is totally out of our control.

I would give my review negative points if I could. My appointment began with the technician entering my kitchen saying Wow, I've never seen a refrigerator that looks like! Unfortunately, the rest of the appointment did not improve. I contacted GE directly to find a service representative in my area who could assist with my GE Profile refrigerator, which includes a Keurig hot water dispenser in the door. Before the visit, I provided a brief video demonstrating the issue in the hopes of aiding their understanding when they arrived. However, the repairman seemed completely unfamiliar with how to fix the Keurig. He suggested that the problem might be due to a clog, causing water to overflow around the unit. This explanation didn't make sense to me because the Keurig was not even installed in the refrigerator when I showed him that the water was continuously running unless manually stopped. In just five minutes, he diagnosed the issue as a need for a new Keurig cup holder. He provided a quote of $264.14 plus tax, explaining that the $94.95 service call fee had already been deducted from the total as a labor discount. This means they were effectively charging $359.09 for both the parts and labor to replace the **cup dispenser. For those unfamiliar, the **cup dispenser is a removable piece where the coffee pod is placed, which then slides into a bracket and is activated by pressing a button. The only labor required would be opening the box containing the replacement part, unwrapping it, and handing it to me. I searched online and found that the part costs $71 plus tax, shipping, and handling. After my worthless $94.95, **** minute assessment from this company, I took it upon myself to investigate the issue at hand and successfully identified a resolution on the internet. I will fix it myself.

The technician was at your house for over an hour ( tech arrived at 3:03pm and left at 4:14pm)and found that the Keurig single serve brew module, was not allowing the water to enter the module, the tech did state when you pushed the dispense button with out the module being in the door and that water leaked since the module was not in the door, also he stated that the module's gasket was messed up is another reason that needs replaced.

I called on 8/8/2023 to setup an appointment. I received the invoice for the service call on 8/9/2023 at 9am est. I paid it at 1pm est. I turned on the breaker around 4pm and the reason for the service call fixed itself. I called to cancel the request and was charged $50 to cancel. This is not a good business model. The fee was for processing. Everything was done through quickbooks and no worked was conducted. I'm not using this company again and mentioning to my friend not to use them either.

The $50.00 cancelation fee is stated on the invoice before you actually pay it, we do our invoices and credit process with quickbooks but a human still had to type up your invoice in quickbooks it is not automatic, so we have a $50.00 cancelation fee if the customer pays the invoice, we are charged by the credit card processing company to charge a credit card and then charged again when we do a refund, every credit card processing company out there charges these fees, some company's charge their customers for charging a credit card and we do not charge our customers that fee, but when a customer cancels we are charged twice for that so we started charging a cancelation fee and like I said it is stated on your invoice before you pay it, sorry you fell this is not a good business model.

Rigid, Customer is Wrong Attitude and unwilling to flex even when you try to work with them. ***** unfortunately uses them but they are not their only subcontractor. Recommend if you need warranty service to ask ***** to select another repair center. In my case they were chosen, they asked me a series of questions via text, assumed the solution and ordered parts to do the repair without ever seeing my appliance. Cancelled my first appointment made by ***** and informed me that I needed to wait 1.5 to 2 weeks for the parts to come in. When the parts came in about 2 weeks later, assigned me an appointment that I could not meet. When I told them my availability, which was more than 30 days later unfortunately, they assumed I was not working with them, cancelled my ticket and returned the parts against my wishes. They operated only via text and never bothered to call to discuss. The number for text was "text only" because I tried to call them. I had to go back to ***** to set up another appointment where they informed me that more than 30 days was a problem. However I asked ***** to request that National hold the parts since I was willing to reschedule the appointment when the window was only 10 days. ***** made the request but National denied it and is returned the parts and blackballed me because I was unable to take an appointment within 30 days. Based on the other reviews I see in **** they probably did me a favor.

I am sorry you fell this way but unfortunately when it comes to parts we are charged for them the day they ship them and in your case they shipped them on 4/10/2023 and you where not available till 5/30/2023 or 5/31/2023 and we can not take the ****** and wait that long because if we need to send the parts back to the parts distributor we would not be able to since they had shipped out long before the 30 day **** that we have to have the parts back to them to get credit, Had we known before we order the parts that you would not be available till May 30th or 30ist we would have told you we need to cancel your ticket and you would need to call back in 2 weeks prior and get a new ticket opened. The texting service is built into our computer system and the number is a text only number, usually your warranty company sends out an email with all our information and I didn't not realize our voice number was not listed in the first text the system sends out and I have added that for the future, Thank you for brining that to my attention.

The absolute worse business I have ever had to deal with!! If you want rude, incompetent, unprofessional, and just nasty people to come into your home to work on your appliance then you've come to the right place!! I can understand the one star rating they have received on Yelp!!! Probably too high to tell you the truth!! I will never buy a Samsung appliance again because this is the trash they align themselves with. Cheap appliance repair services is apparently what Samsung is looking for when they choose repair technicians, customer service representatives, and shops as that is what you will get if National Repair Center is sent to service your unit. Please be aware when they are in your home there is no telling the depth of their bad intentions. Just read the multiple reviews on **** and the BBB of Joplin and you will see common themes on how rude and nasty they are!!!

We have never been to your house, when the technician called and texted to verify someone was home and the tech did not get a response, so the office then called and texted and you did not answer but you did call back into the office and started cussing at my office staff for no reason so we refused to service you and sent your ticket back to ******** the tech is not going to drive that far out of route when the customer doesn't confirm they are home. and we do not even use yelp. The issue here is you started cussing at the office for no reason. I have reviewed all the text and the phone call since all our calls are recorded for this reason and calling in cussing at our office is not going to get anything done but the ticket sent back.

Do not do business with this **** company. After you call the warranty company this company text messages you. Asked what was wrong with our appliance, had to text them. They tell you not to recontact warranty company. Told me in text message they would order part and be in touch. How would they know what part they needed. No one came out? We text them at later date. Text no part. The dishwasher was brand new in house. Finally after a month we call warranty company again. They schedule a tech from another company. He was out in a day to our house fixed dishwasher all in 48 hours. National must have heard than they try to contact **. Rude when. I told them we had our dishwasher fixed. Terrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional.

We get paid to fix the unit by your warranty company not per trip so we pre order parts on the front end for common issues so we only have to make one trip to fix the issue, I have read through all the texting and that was explained to you on the front end, I also see you texted asking for an update on 3/2/2023 and you was texted back letting you know the part had no ETA on it, I am sorry but we have no control over parts and ever since the covid pandemic parts have taken a lot longer to get and that is not just with appliances it is with everything these days and people are so quick to blast business over it when it is not ever their fault..The parts came in 3/15/2023 and we reached out to you to schedule an appointment and it was you that told us another company fixed it and here is your response to us just trying to schedule an appointment (We already reported you. Someone already came and fixes it. Go give Someone else a headache, Fixed it. Your company is terrible) The texted messages sent to you by our office where never rude I read all of them.
