      in 2019 I got on the computer to buy a new ****** ******* tractor after contacting several dealers in and out of state diamond contacted said they would meet anyone's price. we agreed on price. I went to retrieve. i am disabled due to a brain injury which was made aware of because of limited computer skil**. we went to pick the tractor up I intended to pay cash, but they offered some loan through 3rd party which I agreed to and have no issues with. when they brought the tractor around it had a cab on it and looked brand new still does. I was told only 67 hours on it since of my disability they would let me have a cab tractor same deal I hesitated but finally agreed. that was in January 2019. In febuary2019 tractor was back in the shop in fact we hauled this tractor back and forth so many times we lost count. The tractor comes with a 6-year warranty. In late 2022 we went to shop to pick it up again they stated shop records will prove they put on all new major engine parts 2 and 3 times cant figure it out, your warrant is up don't contact us again. The tractor ran 10 minutes died. I contacted ** and said to take to another ** shop 4 hours away.  ************ in ********* Mo great people. they informed me last shop put in the wrong oil and destroyed the new part they got. ** to warranty. we went and got the tractor, was informed parts Diamond shop put on not factory take home run this summer bring back this winter and they would toughly go over and remove parts that are not factory. I brought tractor home ran less than an hour I took back to *** they contacted **, ** said no more that tractor is a 2015 model and the warranty is up. after 4 years I now find out it's a 2015 model instead of 2019 as they sold it as. *** asked for my paper work which we are sending to you, you will notice no year of tractor is ever mentioned. It says used because of 67 hours is what they told me. Also attached is the February work order the only one I ever got they refused to give me.

      This is not true. When he purchases the tractor he new it was a used tractor, it states it on the invoice ******. The tractor is not a 2015 model it is a 2017 model (I have attached a copy of the warranty registration with the date) The tractor did not come back into my shop until May of 2019, everything that was wrong with the tractor was fuel related, he did not bring the tractor to us we picked the tractor up It shows we picked it up on invoice******. All the parts that we put on the tractor ** ******* covered under warranty. He just paid for a couple of little parts and pick-up that warranty does not cover. The tractor set in my shop for almost 4 months before it was pick up. The second time it was in my shop was in Aug 2020 with the same issues that had to do with fuel related issues. Tractor was throwing codes for water in the fuel which caused the injection pump and injectors to go bad ** took care of the problem again and paid for all the parts. (this should of not been warranty). This is all on invoice****** tractor set here for 8 months with out him coming and getting it was told he was in jail. It was picked up on 04/8/21 but was not him. The 3rd time it came in was in 6/28/21 with fuel leaking at the injectors and injection pump all the lines where all loose so we tightened them back. Last time this tractor came in was on 9/20/2021 with the tractor in limp mode. It was also fuel related issues. Had water in the fuel and dirt. Cut open the fuel filter and it had dirt (Pictures attached) also picture attached of the computer screen telling us what was wrong with the tractor. This bill he never would pay us for so we bad debited it. (invoice Attached). This tractor was never in my shop in 2022 like he states it has. the last time was in 10/5/2021. Every time the tractor has been in my shop we have always fixed the issues and it runs when it leaves here. The last time it was in my shop the tractor had been very abused. I also talked with *** on what he said they told him and they said that was not true. They wrote a statement about what was told to him and I have also attached. We have always put factory parts on my tractors, so not putting factory parts on my tractors is not true. We also have never refused to give him invoices for his repairs done to the tractor. When his tractor was picked up it was never him that picked it up it was always some one else. When customer picks up tractor and pays the bill a copy goes to the customer picking up tractor. If he did not receive a copy he may need to ask the person picking up his tractor. The tractor has only been in my shop 4 times.

      I am rejecting this response because there responce explains excactly what they do attack the customer .if sold as used 2015? 2017? why was it not clearly stated on my reciept and why does the amount of tractor reflect the price of 2019 as all others dealers i contacted previous. i was in vehicles when tractor taken back. disabled and stayed in truck all but 1 time, there is a bolt on fuel pump that is not factory the reciepts diamond sent you clearly makes my case look at alls been done to it .who was 1 st owner and why he brought it back so soon. the amount of time it spends in shop is not from not from being in jail . my tractor has been at *** now for 8 or 9 months great people its dealing with ** warranty and diamond as always lies the reason tractor at shops for months was C O V O I D no dealers could get parts. facts are as stated im disabled do to a brain injury my miss use of *** which arresting officers or to be investigated by grand jury for there actions. which is personal and defamatory on diamond to enter that statement. the deal diamond had ***** hauled tractor down they bring it back ask the driver nice guy .,   
              the truth, you noticed they disputed all but one key claim they had knowledge of brain injury i have talk to lawers they refer me to b b b they stated laws are on place to protectect customers   they said something about lemon laws, a dislaimer, a clearly stated reciept others as well as A D A laws

      Sincerely,  i want to thank the b b b for helping me after reading there responce i hope that cleary shows what arrogant disrespect company this is they researched my jail time in there research of me they failed to metion that between my father and i we have a combined total of over 100 YEARS as BUSSINESS OWNERS in ******** ****** and never ever one complaint
