      Service Reps takes forever with service! Even when you try calling for the service ***** you cant get through and when you do it takes over 20min. Also, the service reps will provide you with false information regarding vehicle service that *** be in warranty! only people i would recommend working with are the managers only! Mangers are super sweet and straight forward and will make sure things are correct in the end. Overall be sure to do your homework on the work needed before considering a major ******.

      The manager has a smart mouth. Does nothing to fix the problem and finds excuses to fit the situation to make herself and business not liable for problems they create. I recommend to go to a different one or dont do business with them period!!!

      If you are car shopping, they do not practice fair business. Also if you need a repair on a Chrysler they blow their prices up over market rate. Do no not go to this business for anything. They are the only ones that serviced my vehicle and they always found something wrong with my vehicle. They need to be investigated. They are wicked.

      The worst experience ever will never do business again was initially told the reason for engine codes on vehicle needed immediate attention the guy in service department Latif first off I wanted diagnostic reason engine light was on wasnt when I got oil changed it wasnt on and if it was how come the mechanic didnt bring it to my attention they ran a check for each code why I over charge me for something I did not tell him to do on each code had to call them back to see whats going on with vehicle horrible customer service left messages for a particular individual because Im frustrated with the service representative that was suppose to be helping me everyone but that person reach out to me had my vehicle for a whole week for a part that was back order and how did I find out I had to call them no one reached out and said Im without a car no transportation so I rented from their rental paid for a week when I said enough I cant afford wanted to speak and send an email to the ** no one wanted to give me his name number or email ?? RED flag wanted car towed but held car hostage because of their lack of communication they inconvenience me not the other way around could have been a $3800.00 disaster is what they quoted me for what was immediate needed attention and yes I kept a screen shot of the recommendation because it would disappear in less than 24hrs of viewing If I could give a 0 star they would absolutely get it. Best to avoid unless you want to speak with the receptionist they were nice.

      I took my truck there because I was having some issues with my back up camera my warranty was paying for it instead of putting it on the machine diagnostics the replaced the camera I called several times to get no response they still act like I dont know what going on giving me the run around even though they got paid in full for not fixing the problem I also told them I had one light out to check it then went back to pick my truck up they replaced so they said and charged me 191 dollars for a light I did not tell them to change they should have consulted me before the 191 dollars fog light my truck has been to them several times trying to get the problem fix its always the same we dont remember but I have receipts I want my camera and radio fixed like they got paid to do they dont even deserve a one star Im sick of them taking advantage of people to make money

      Received car back with other issues other than what was serviced. An old stripped lug nug was placed on my tire and was not there before. Also I received my car back with all sorts of issues other than why it was taken there in the first place.

      I first asked them to do a full diagnostic on my truck to let me know what all was wrong with my vehicle because I had a complaint about a ticking noise associated with my truck so I took my truck to Marty Cancila Dealership. They came up with my bolts and screws from the right cylinder was in the manifold and that they had to disassemble the head to get to the area so they charged me $2800.00 to fix the supposedly ticking noise. well when I received my truck back the noise was still there and on top of that my check engine light was on and was throwing codes off pertaining oil pressure and etc

      I took my car here because it was making a weird noise. It is covered by a lifetime warranty. I have pictures of the car sitting in the same place for 2 weeks. They called a said they fixed it, but on driving home the same warning came on along with the same noise.

      This place robs and steals from veterans...took my truck there for warranty service and was told it needed an engine..they refused My warranty work due to the fact that the warranty company which is the same policy they sell there wanted to send them a remanufactured engine that was cheaper than there remanufactured engine and they refused that...I have worked in other dealerships in my career as an automotive technician and never have I heard of a dealership refusing to take any parts from warranty companies...what it comes down to is that they are trying to make max ****** instead of helping customers especially veteran's..after refusing to do the work they charged me $149 to get my truck back why should I pay you when you REFUSED to do the warranty work..I called around to a few different dealerships to confirm that they will and do accept warranty sent parts and they all said yes that they will if that is the most cost effective way through your warranty policy...I feel like I have been lied to and robbed by Marty Cancila Dodge Chrysler jeep ram
