      Two thumbs down. The return policy with these folks is horrendous and frankly a bit shady. They want to make it difficult enough so you cannot return a part that was not correctly described on their site. You need to be approved to return an item, only to receive a rejection. I've never dealt with a business like this. Please be careful when ordering anything from Surdyke. Just look at these reviews and other reviews online.

      The customer ordered an incorrect part . We have approved him to return the part under our normal return policy. We always recommend a customer reach out to our support team prior to ordering to ensure the correct part the first time.

      Do not buy from this dealer. I purchased a painted inner fairing that that had defective paint and they acted like it was my fault the paint was bad. They told me they inspect all painted parts for defects. But they also told me they don't remove the protective film during inspection. The problem with the paint was dull and glazed. No way it could be inspected for gloss and quality without removing the film.I contacted them by phone and email. Sent pictures and still have no resolution.Too bad i didn't read the reviews on BBB or I would have never purchased from them.

      If I could give this business a negative star rating I would. The customer service is absolutely horrible. When trying to place an order on-line the system kept saying declined. I called my bank and was informed it was the merchant's system declining my purchase. I called for an explanation and had the pleasure of speaking to one of the rudest people I have ever encountered (***). She acted as if I was inconveniencing her, I then was told that managers do not have voicemails and you can not be transferred to one. I then wrote an email requesting a manager's call back. I received a callback but this person did not introduce themselves as a manager and then acted as if *** was in the right for hanging up on me and talking to me like **** I would never recommend this company to anyone or even think of ordering anything from this store. If you like rude and disrespectful people this is absolutely the store for you.

      ******************. Our online system uses Address Verification for credit card processing. Your payment provider does provide your Address to ecommerce portals. The address your payment provider provided, did not match the information that you provided is your address. We will always decline a transaction like this to prevent fraud. I am sorry , but protecting our online customers is our top prioriy, and Address verification is required to make a purchase for this reason.

      I ordered a screamin eagle 4.625 flywheel from surdyke in November of 2021. I waited and waited. I tried canceling my order but since it was vendor direct it wasn't possible they said. The flywheel that I purchased online said in stock. They don't tell you at the time that it's not and or if it would be considered vendor direct and it's implementations for your ability to cancel the order. I refunded shipment as this part was for a Balanced engine and not able to be used on my bike. I refused shipment and the Flywheel was sent back to Surdyke being signed for at the front desk by ****** to prove what I am saying is truth. Today is March 29th 2022. To date I have recieved no refund with or without a restocking fee and no communication. No phone number to call and see what the deal is. To be clear. I never received the flywheel and Surdyke Harley Davidson has it unopened, unused, unmolested and never recieved by me. So people know how much money a flywheel costs it's 1349.00. I've tried emailing Surdyke. I've contested the charge and because I used PayPal Via my CC company Citi says to file with PayPal, PayPal said you already filed with citi. I get that I ordered it. I dont get how this gives them the right to steal 1309.00 from me as a customer. Is this all a big misunderstanding? I'm still trying to reach out to Surdyke Harley Davidson. My only recourse is to file a complaint with Harley Davidson Corperate and or file a lawsuit in court. I would hope I shouldn't have to waste my time and I doubt Surdyke Harley Davidson has better things to do with there time and resources then to go to hearings. I'm not saying don't buy from Surdyke nor is this an attempt to slander Surdyke Harley Davidson's name. I bought and used Surdyke for many purchases in The past and just finished a 124 build that I bought the correct flywheel for. 9,000 in parts that I could have used Surdyke for if this wasn't going on.

      I have bought many parts from Surdyke over the years. I recently ordered the wrong part for my bike, and reordered the correct part within a few days. I was denied return of the wrong part without any reason given.Beware of buying from Surdyke!!It is not worth the twenty percent that you might save it is not worth it! A few years ago they sent me some elses order terrible customer service. I have spent thousands with them over the years. No Longer!!!!!

      Never again will I deal with the online store. Ordered a cam plate conversion kit and was missing a main piece, the installation was on a deadline but that was no concern for them. I was refused a refund for the part that they "forgot" to send and was told there was nothing they could do since I bought the missing piece elsewhere.

      Mr. ****** received a new un opened item that was missing a small component inside from the manufacture. We offered to immediately replace the component or replace the entire kit at not cost, and Mr. ****** refused.

      Stay away from Surdyke.com. I ordered a taillight for my Sportster. Product arrived with correct invoice and part number, but the product was not the item ordered and it was a piece of ****. The shipping dept can not match an item with an order.They refused to replace the **** light with the item I ordered, and paid for, as I ordered it over a month before I inspected it. They do not deserve HD business.

      I'm sorry that the Genuine HD product you ordered didn't meet your expectations . The product sold to you is exactly what HD is producing for this part number. We only sell new Genuine HD parts and accessories. We do offer a generous 30 day return policy.

      This company is not only irresponsible, but highly incompetent. I ordered part *********, as per their invoice and product photo attached. They shipped me part #******** as per their packing slip and photo attached. Two different products completely. Their ***** shipping dept can't match their product/packing slip with their order/invoice. Therefore, they did not ship me the exact product that they sold to me, as per their false statement, so their formal response to my complaint is wrong and misleading. They refuse to admit to their mistake and take no responsibility for it. And a 30-day return policy is far from "genuine". What a joke. I ordered a $50 taillight for my Sportster and received a cheap, plastic light that belongs on a toy car. I am posting my grievance on 3 other review sites about Surdyke. Their lack of their product quality and incompetent operations will cost them dearly.
