They replaced the front windshield of my car. About two weeks after they replaced it we had really bad rain. I noticed on the left hand side it was dripping on my seat. Part of the rubber they replaced was lifting up. I called them. I spoke with the owner. He said they would take a look at it. They haven**;t sent any one out. When I called them back, the owner got very nasty. I paid $150.00; I paid with cash and I have a receipt. There is a warranty on the receipt. They are supposed to replace.Initial Complaint

J Glass came to replace a windshield in our Jeep. The next day we noticed scuff marks all over the dash and some plastic shaving coming off the center storage area. Sent him photos and he called and said there was no way it was from them and said “this conversation is over” and hung up on me. I went home and watched our security camera of them removing the old windshield and you can see the kid rubbing the battery of the sawzall all over the dashboard. Sent a short clip of the video to him and still ignores me.
