      We have contacted the original creditor regarding the consumer's dispute.  They have provided all documentation for the account.  We have forwarded all of that documentation to the consumer for review.

      The consumer's file is paid in full and was reported as such to TransUnion 10/2023.  We only report to TransUnion.  If the consumer is seeing this on a different credit reporting service bureau, they will need to dispute it as paid in full in order to have it corrected.  If it is still showing as reported to Transunion as anything other than paid in full, they can dispute that as well and it will be updated.

      This company had it coming and so is artistic nails and BS school. I don't own anything to none of them - I am going to file axlaw suit against both

      15 USC 1681 section 602a states I have the right to privacy

      15 USC 1681 section 602a section 2; also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without written instructions

      15 USC 1681b(a) Subject to subsection (c), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other:
      (1)
      In response to the order of a court having jurisdiction to issue such an order, a subpoena issued in connection with proceedings before a Federal grand jury, or a subpoena issued in accordance with section 5318 of title 31 or section 3486 of title 18.
      (2)
      In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates.

      This information was received at our office from the consumer on three instances since 5/2020.  We have made the required responses to the consumer and the consumer's credit report has previously been updated as required.
