My boss tried to pay me through the ***** app. The bank refused to accept the payment. This is not the first time this has happened. I tried to contact the bank and they would not even talk to me. The operator said it is not the bank's problem and the book keeper refused to speak to me.Business response

After reviewing your account history and card activity, I spoke with the Head of our Debit Card department. She explained the conversation she had with you, which took place on 3/2/2023 at about 12:40pm. She state the conversation went well and that a payment was received into your account at the time of the conversation. She helped walk you through that transaction. She has also sent me a spreadsheet of all your transactions from August 2022- March 2023, where all are approvals except two, which were not from *****. We are able to process all payments/credits from ***** as long as the correct card information is input. If you have any other questions please contact me at our *****i location. March 15,2022 Belgrade State Bank received my 2021 tax refund. A new employee at the Belgrade ******* location on February 1, 2023, after trying at least once a week for the past almost an entire year, told me that they received the physical check after it wasn't deposited in my account, and they lost the physical check. They lost my tax refund from 2021 for the amount of $218 dollars. I have confirmed with the *** that Belgrade State Bank did receive that money to my exact routing number. They have yet to contact me back after repeatedly telling me they would contact me as they look into it. They looked into past records and still tell me I have not had the money deposited in my account. I have contacted ***** *** who I filed my taxes through, I have contacted the *** Multiple times, both places say my routing number and account number is correct and that Belgrade has received my tax return.Business response

After reviewing your complaint and speaking to one of our Bookkeepers it was found that we did in fact receive a deposit on the date in question, but it was a different amount than you stated. This could be due to the fee that ***** *** would've charged you. The ACH credit (deposit) was from ***** **** which is where the refunds for ***** *** comes from when the fee for filing is being withheld from the refund. If you would like to contact the *** and fill out a FS Form ***** we can trace the exact item to be sure this is the deposit in question.
