This company must hire the absolute worst in humanity. Not only did their driver ignore me trying to pull out of my street I got out to ask him what he was doing and that I know he saw me waiting and replied "let me do my F'ing job". In what realm does an employee get to talk to people in this way? When I called his company customer service line I found out he lied to them and told them he was out and hooked up before I ever said anything too him. Late to work because of the ****************************************** front of my house for whatever reason for a few minutes after the ordeal. Everything recorded on dashcam or doorbell cameras.

Absolutely atrocious attitude by drivers. They think they can block you in a street know you are trying to leave and they tell you to let me do my Fing job. Absolute trash company for that to be an acceptable practice. ************* full of trashy people.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ASPEN WASTE!!!!!!! THEY BILL YOU FOR SERVICES YOU DONT RECEIVE!!!!!I signed up for recycling from Aspen in May. They dropped off a recycle bin to put our recycling waste in. They have billed us for the services and a hefty surcharge which we've paid from May through July. They have still not picked up our waste. That is 3 months of billing is for a service they are not adhering to. To make matters worse they WILL NOT return my phone calls. I have left four messages on their answering machine over the past two weeks and not once have I received a phone call. I finally got a live person this morning and the customer service person said she could adjust my bill to take July off and said that was all she was authorized to do since she has no proof I called - basically called me a liar. When I told her I was cancelling the service she came back and literally said "I have been given authorization to credit you back to May because we were losing a customer ". Really??? Then the supervisor got on the phone and assured me they would pick up our recycle waste today. It is now 8:40pm and the recycle waste is still at the end of my driveway. It is so aggravating dealing with this. Not only did the insult my integrity they are not fulfilling a promise made today. Oh and their website says they are open 24 hours. The 24 hour part I don't care about but this company is out to bill you for services you do not receive.

I have pickup every Thursday and this past Thursday they didn't pick get my trash but everyone else. I hurried and called them and they telling me they stopped service for non payment when clearly I paid my bill . I read the email receipt they sent me with date .. time... and amount and they looked it up seeing that it was paid the day I received my bill .but if that was the case they continue to pickup a whole month and now decided to stop service. I was told the driver was going to turn around and do the pickup which he was down the street and I waited until 3pm and called back and was told it will be Friday morning and they're trucks are down. Friday came NO PICKUP I called that morning up until 1:21pm and I was told it will be Monday because they only have ONE DRIVER and he was too far away . But talked to someone else and was told they will come and she will call back asap but NOTHING. I asked could a yard person come and swap out the cans before thing starts to crawl around but was put on hold now I have to deal with a can full of trash until they decide they want to pickup I am so not satisfied
