**************** Rep ********************* is amazing. I have not had to deal with a collection agency for at least 20 years. I was expecting attitude, aggressive approach to collecting the money with a complete disregard for the situation and circumstances that brought us together. Instead she was very polite, understanding, generous with information about the ******************* Lastly and most satisfying, she provided guidance on how to approach the provider's billing department. Going as far as to how to navigate the automated options when i call the provided. An absolute pleasure to talk to. She brighten my day and reminded me that in a world of misinformation, hate and resentment that there is hope. Thank you *****, you made my day.

First off any debt collector that spoofs their phone number is fake. Got a call from ****************, just wanted my SS last four to "verify" me, but he wouldn't verify himself. I patched in my attorney and he quickly hung up. It's a disgrace that our Government, while paying illegal immigrants allows this to happen day in and day out to people who pay their taxes. SHUT THESE SCAMMERS DOWN

Received a bill from Credit Control, LLC saying I owe $1,289.41 to ***************** of Missouri. I've never dealt with a Plus Finance. I emailed them with no response. The letter looks official but has me nervous as again, I've never had a debt with Plus Finance. They have given me until 3/1/24 to dispute this claim. It also states that they accept electronic requests for the original creditor information but the website link they give doesn't exist.

Ive gotten numerous emails/letters/calls stating I owe money on a *********** card. We always pay off all our credit cards. This company is disgraceful. Scammers!

This company Credit Control LLC ** by spectrum . They li** they won't report this account to ********************** reporting agencies. Two people ,****** the manager and her Agent say they won't touch my credit if I pay all or at least part of it now and the rest later but If I won't pay then , they will report to credit reporting companies in 60 days.I ask** again "has been my credit report damag** by you?" They said "no" but it may happen after the 60 days.(I just receiv** their collection letter three days ago)I check** my credit reports after talking to them.They had already impact** my credit score.They are liars. I paid by their website written on the letter, provid** my information and Reference # , I paid their and got email that I paid the total amount.I never receiv** a confirmation # by email. But when I tri** to log back in to see the payment done using same information I us** to log in, it appear** a box saying information incorrect and call to their number. I tri** few times, with no success. Nothing they just want their money and kick you out of their system without letting you as a Citizen with Rights to be able to access your account. Why are you blocking me? Spectrum are misleading in their offers and scam you to get you their deals. They just rais** my bill from $49 agre** price to $90 within less than 6 months without any notice . Credit Control LLC don't trust them either.

I received a call from Credit Control, LLC at my office. I was not available when they called so I returned their call. Upon answering, they immediately went into verifying my address. I told him to stop, to spell his name. He continued with this is a debt collecting company, I again asked him to stop and spell his name. He did and continued, I asked him what company was he representing, he stated Credit Control, LLC. I stated no, that is incorrect, what company asked you to call me. He stated that he could not go into that detail until he verified my personal information. I asked him if he would give me his personal information if I called him, he did not answer and went into he can't disclose that information until he knows he is releasing that information to the correct person. I told him until he told me what company he was representing, we had nothing to discuss. He hung up. If I do have a debt to collect, they haven't contacted by mail, email or on my personal phone.

Credit Control LLC reported an outstanding debt to ******* Communications ($2979) to ******** in June 2023. My ******* account was closed in April 2019. ******* reports that I do not owe them any money. Credit Control does not return phone calls or emails. I have sent certified mail -- no response. I did lodge a dispute with ********; however, this item will remain on my credit report for a number of years.
