My kids were referred here by their doctor early 2022. I paid $85 every single weekly appointment and my card was auto charged every day before we ever even got there. We were given 2 weeks noticed that my daughter would be dropped from therapy because her therapist found a better job. They said they’d put her on a wait list and call us when it was her turn to come back (they called 15 months later, which is HILARIOUS). We decided to never return because they really were not great, her therapist was, but not the company. For the entire year we’ve received $150 invoices for supposed appointments that went unpaid. Which is impossible because 1) their visits were $85 not $150 2) I was always charged BEFORE our appointments, not after. So if for some reason it wasn’t paid, we were not allowed to attend the session. I’ve called and left voicemails that never got returned, I have sent emails explaining these were not my charges. The only reply I ever got was from a girl claiming to be new and not knowing what to do. Now I’m getting emails threatening to send me to collections. They’re a Scam and flat out liars. DO NOT GO HERE. Their only aim is to take advantage of people! They even send people to predatory places such as cranial solutions instead of actual medical specialists. They’re trying to force me to pay for services they never rendered! I will absolutely dispute this along every step of the way and refuse to pay a dime.
