    I placed an order online on 6/1 Supposedly the item shipped on 6/6 I waited 1 week to wait to receive package only to see that **** return my package to sender due to incorrect address I reached out immediately and waited a few days for a response to be told that there is nothing they can do. But would remake the shirt but I had to pay shipping and taxes which I this unfair since they put in my order with the incorrect amount They have no phone number and it's only email which waiting for reply takes days. At this point I just want a refund as they have not gotten back to me when I asked them what the cost was for shipping and taxes

    Items were ordered Apr 26th with the understanding that orders ship in six days.As of May 10th, there has been zero movement. When I contacted the company, they said it was too late to cancel the order or get a refund.

    I placed my order (Order #DS122923) with this company on 2/19/24 for the Personalized Busy Raising Ballers Sports Mom Shirt in which I chose 2 ************** to be displayed ******************* along with 2 individual numbers to be displayed as well. I picked a #1 to be displayed on the Basketball and a #1 to be displayed on the Soccer Ball however, when the shirt arrived on 2/26/24 (Tracking #**********************), it had one #1 printed on it and it was in the center of the 2 *****. This was not what I ordered and immediately reached out to this company after opening the package using their email on their website ********************************* as well as a number they have on their website and have not received a response or answer on the phone about this issue. I have sent emails everyday since and still nothing. What I have received is 2 emails from this website asking for a customer review which is unbelievable! I have uploaded a picture of the item description I ordered and as well as a picture of the shirt I received!

    Good Afternoon,

    I wanted to provide an update. After noticing that this company was also on ******** and saw that I had the ability to message them on there, I did, along with all of the information from the emails and pictures I had been sending. A representative actually reached out to me through the messaging and advised that they would resend a new shirt. Today, the new shirt arrived and it was exactly what I ordered. Thank you.

    I ordered a blanket online that I received on December 18, 2023. I contacted the seller on December 21, 2023 (and many times since then), explaining the problem with the product received and asking for a full refund. The seller is not willing to provide the refund requested. The item received is not as described online. I ordered a red blanket and received a purple one. The pictures online show a nice finished edge to the blanket and that is not what I received. The product also had strings hanging off of it. The product I received is not as described on their website. In the attached photos, I have put the blanket next to a red pillow case so that the thinness and color of the product can be seen.

    I paid for shipping. The item took far longer than expected. I did not know that the item was internationally shipping. Did not arrive in time. The item I received was cheaply made. The fabric was shiny polyester.

    I purchased a personalized blanket from this company on 9/9/23. The order number for this purchase is ORDER DS96679. The total for the order was $71.69 (item $59.95, shipping $7.99, tax $3.75). I received the item on 9/18/23. Upon receiving the item, I realized the blanket was the wrong color- it is in purple, not in navy blue. Also, there is an additional line of names on the personalized blanket that I did not indicate should be on the blanket, and this line of information repeats through the entire blanket. I immediately went to call customer service, and realize there is no phone number, the website only lists an email. I emailed on 9/18/23 and 9/19/23, asking for assistance, as they blanket cannot be given as a gift. My emails have not been answered or even acknowledged. I also left a review on the company website on 9/20/23, again indicating that I cannot get in touch with anyone at the company. Since I have not heard from them, I need to move forward with purchasing this item from a different establishment, and need to be reimbursed. I did indicate to them in my review and emails that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB.

    I ordered a shirt and selected xl. I received a small. They lack customer service, no phone to call only email and they return emails at odd hours and are not helpful. They say I selected a small shirt. But I believe their system had a glitch.
