This company cleaned up 2 levels of my home after a sewage issue. My insurance company uses Accuserve to ensure there are no overcharges or extra unnecessary charges and that the work was completed based on the scope of the project. Insurance only paid them a partial amount as they would not cooperate with Accuserve to give answers to validate. No returned calls, no responses to emails. Roto Rooter is sending me a bill for the difference. This all began on June 30. They called me asking for payment. I told them what transpired and they said they would look into it. I have not heard from them since. I am caring for my elderly husband who has Alzheimers and dementia. This very stressful for me to have to fight to get them to just do their job and cooperate.Business response
