  It started the morning that I was moving Two men An A truck came over three young man they all seem very nice they started working after about an hour one of the men who apparently was managing the group brought a piece of paper up to me and said we can’t move your refrigerator unless you sign this release that if we damaged the refrigerator you will not be able to sue us for damages and I said well what are you talking about you didn’t tell me this when I signed and put a deposit on Two men An A truck to move my house and he said well we probably won’t do anything to it at all but it’s just a safeguard that the manager of the company wants us to do so I signed the paper I would have had no way to get the refrigerator out by the time the people had bought the house moved in had they not taken it when I saw the refrigerator when they brought it into my house it was shocking there’s over $2000 worth of damage on the refrigerator it has been dented scraped on every side of the refrigerator every door every side they refuse to repair this refrigerator I have called them up I have told them that I will file a complaint against them when I see the commercials for Two men An A truck how they are so professional and they wrap all of your beautiful possessions in in broadcloths and move everything so carefully this was not my experience at all they wrapped nothing in a cloth my furniture was severely damaged my beds they used my hand drill that I had sitting out on the beds and they stripped all of the screws and bolts on every bed that I had I had to pay people to come in and repair the beds frames to the beds all of my furniture is extremely expensive all of my chairs are over $1000 apiece I have a beautiful wood and fabric chair of ****** ****** brand new they scratch the arm of the chair I have a beautiful bureau from Naples Florida where they took a chunk out of the back of it my nightstand wobbles my dining room washed opaque glass top table the chairs were all .

  It was explained to *** that the refrigerator would not fit through the door frame without incurring damage. Because the piece could not be moved without incurring damage she signed the release of liability on the refrigerator. Had we been informed prior to the move that the refrigerator had to be disassembled to get it into the house, we would have informed *** that she would need to call an appliance technician to disassemble the refrigerator, but unfortunately we were not provided with this information. We repaired the other furniture damages that she described and she did not have to pay for any of those other repairs.

  This is a complete fabricated lie nothing was said to me about the refrigerator not being able to go through the door without getting damaged when the movers got there the young kid comes up to me after they had already started loading the moving van and said you need to sign this paper because my manager makes us have you sign this paper in case there’s any damage to the refrigerator when we’re getting it out the door I’ll ask him if they thought that they could get it through the door without damaging it and he said oh yes I will take a lie detector test and what I’m saying to you they put me in a position where  they did not disclose the fact that they could not move the refrigerator out the door without me signing this document that is a bait and switch that is entrapment what was I supposed to do leave a $3000 refrigerator in my house and they just didn’t scratch it on one side  they scratched every side of the refrigerator every door of the refrigerator has nicks in it in scratch paint it is horrible and when I called downtown appliances and told them what happened talked about replacing the doors trying to do something about the scratch sides of the refrigerator they said they didn’t do that because I didn’t buy it from them and they told me to call an attorney  Two men An A truck treated my whole house like I had furniture from a garage sale each proof piece of my furniture is worth thousands of dollars and they treated it like a garage sale these people should not move furniture and they do not move furniture according to the commercial that comes on television where they wrap everything so fastidiously and moving blankets  I didn’t see one moving blanket the manager is a liar and making someone sign a release particularly in these times when households are having to move so quickly it was entrapment I will testify to this under oath in a quart room these guys are liars. If the person that I booked the moving with had disclosed the fact that they were going to damage my brand new ******* refrigerator and they would not be treating my furniture with care I will thank them very much for their honesty if they were telling me that they were sending unprofessional people over to move my furniture I will thank them very much and chosen a different moving company thank you.
