"I called the phone number provided in the notice I received so I could speak to someone to verify the debt they say I owe but when they answered phone they would not identify the company that I called and insisted that I provide them with personal info before they could tell me who they were. I told her that I found the phone number in their address and asked that she verify the company so that I knew whether I was speaking to the correct company or not so instead of her telling me the company name she asked me who I called." ...
