I Was In a Car Accident March 2021 Other Party Ran A Red Light. Insurance Company Is Not Doing What They Should. I've Had Four Different Adjusters Every Week They Need Something Else That I Provide And Now That We Agreed On Settlement I Have No Way To Get In Touch With Anyone The Latest Adjuster ***************** Is Out ************* Indefinitely. She Gave Us A Email That Does Not Allow A Way To Contact Anyone. This Is Not Okay They Insurer Was At Fault I'm The One Who Can't Work In Therapy For Back ,Knees, I'm Having Issues In The Car Riding Or Driving. This Is Not Fair The Insurance Company Job Is To Make Me Whole I Can't Even Get In Touch With...Business response

The Only Reason The Insurance Company Got Back To Me Was Because Of This Complaint. First Of All Mr.*** ****** With Serious Attitude For No Reason Like This Was My Fault . Second My Daughter Had To Really Give Him A Piece Of Her Mind About How None Of This Was My fault Four Adjusters Later He Wants Me To Submit Paperwork That Should Have Been Recieved Already None My Responsibilities. If Out Of All Four Adjusters That Are No Longer With the Company Where To Put all They Notes Fles Emails Together They Might Be Able To Move Foward With My Claim. This Company Has To Do Better. Next Step For Me Will Be Getting An Attorney To Fight For Me. I Thought They would Be Fair Since They Insurer Was At Fault And It's Their Job To Make Me Whole.. Investigation Needed

We are currently working to collect your treatment records related to the accident. Additionally, you have agreed to provide check stubs to support your wage loss claim as well as a medical authorization to obtain records from your health insurance provider.

In summary: unite #1 traveling south bound skidded and lost control crashing into the rear of unit #2 which was parked driveless in front of ***** Union. Unit #1 front airbags deployed and was eventually towed by Fair Towing as a private tow. Unit #1 was issued a citation for driving to fast for conditions due to flooding in the area.Business response

We have been unable to identify the claim that is being referenced by Mr. *********************** or why it was sent to the Clearwater Better Business Bureau since it appears to have happened in the state of ********. I have sent him a couple of emails requesting additional information so that I can identify the accident/claim that he is referencing and we can have the proper office look into this matter on his behalf. So far I have not received a reply back from him. We need a claim number and if he does not have that then the vehicle identification number or license plate number of the ********************** vehicle along with the date of the accident would be most helpful. Would it perhaps be possible for you to request this information from him? We are more than happy to look into his issue but we have to be able to identify it to do so.
