Took 2 hrs and still had a spinning circular orb. It ridiculous no other company would do. Why would I want to be an employer

We went to Wal-Mart to look for service only for our phones with Premier Wireless and the Premier salesman Mr *********************************** told us we couldn't get it because our phones were not compatible with TMobile so I let him talk me into buying 2 phones. I went home and my wife checked with ******** and we found out that our cell phones were compatibles so we went back to the store trying to return the phones at the ******* customer ********************** area and they told us they couldn't refund us our money here and that we needed to go to Premier with the same person who sold you the cell phones. So Mr. ******** is now telling us that the Tmobile computer was down and he was not able to do the refund. So we tried for 3 days with the Premium wireless representative, ******* and other ******** stores, no one could give us a refund. You only have 14 days to return the phones and get your money back. Finally after 6 days of haggling we got our money back. So beware if you want to deal with Premier. I know the Premier salesman was dishonest with me from start to finish.
