********************************* ************** ***************** knew we had 1 year rent, in cash from a house we sold, and even tho she had other houses, put my wife and i, in a horrible house that wreaked urine, we shampooed the carpets (without asking for any kick back) 4 times before we gave up, the roof, as of Oct 27th 2023 still had a tarp on it (which was covering the sewer vent, which made the house wreak of sewage) not to mention the widows had no caulk or very little, the panes were literally "hanging in there", and the garage door does not lock, so any body can walk right up and open the garage door and enter your home, (glad i work in security and have multiple security cameras.) Pics and vids that show the disgusting ***** debris left on the ceiling and on the floor. And the washer drain is a 55 gallon drum that overflows and floods the basement, the sump pump that the barrel drains into, i had to fix with metal plumbers tape just so we wouldnt get charged for it flooding the basement. After ****** granted us out of our lease, she is now holding our security deposit. So in closing, dont let ****** know that you have more that just a months rent, they will take advantage of you. GOD bless and reconsider choosing *********** reality .
