I placed a rental car order on 06/16/21 to be picked up within 2 weeks, I was immediately charged a deposit of $100.00. The day of pick up I called them 2 hours prior to inform them I was running behind, at this time I was advised there was no rental for me. I was told I would get a refund within 3-5 business days and I did not. I have been calling and requesting this refund for the last 3 almost 4 months now. I have been told it would refunded by certain days and when them days come there I nothing there. I need assistance getting my refund.Business response

Hello unfortunatly our policy states to reserve and guarentee a reservation there is a non refundable reservation fee, When customer stated this we reviewed the reservation and the vehicle and i was able to find the reservation and the gps loaction showed the vehicle was there and sitting for that reservation, to help the customer out we would be willing to let the customer use the fee towards a future rental but we can not offer a refund do to the documentation we have reviewdCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I was told the morning of the reservation that there was no vehicle for me and I have two recorded phone calls stating I would be refunded for the companies negligence.
Then after placing a review on their business I was harassed by a family member of the company.
They have dropped the ball on this and need to just man up and refund my $100.00.
No where was I made aware of any policies nor did I sign and agree to anything. Policies aren't even in the equation since they didn't have my vehicle the day of pick up. If they had my vehicle then this wouldn't even be an issue.

I am sorry you fee this way if you can provide any proof that you were at the location on time for your reservation we can definitely revisit this, as far as the policy and rules this is done when the reservation is placed and you provide us with the payment.Initial Complaint

They took 355.56 out of my bank account without authorization from me or with me have no acknowledgment of them gonna take it out of my account… my insurance company paid for my rental car and all I was suppose To pay was 21.25 but two days after I took rental back they charged a charge to my debit card without contacting me for 355 bucks!!!!!!Business response

Mr. ********** initially rented this vehicle on 06/21/2021 with an agreed upon return date of 06/23/2021 per the Rental Agreement he signed. American Family Insurance was paying a portion of the rental price. Mr. ********** did not return the rental until 07/01/2021. We tried to reach out multiple times to see when he would be returning. The additional days as well as a fuel charge of $74.43 were charged to Mr. ********** per the signed rental agreement. It was agreed the rental unit would be refueled upon return and was not. We're sorry Mr. ********** was not pleased with his rental experience but he was only charged per the signed agreement.
