My name is *********************. Im reaching out to you about my ram rebel eco diesel. My family and I were on our way home from ******** back to ********** in November 2023. When we reached ********, ** the fuel pump had a catastrophic failure and stranded my family on the highway. We had it towed to all star dodge in ******** ***** and were given a month or two ETA. That was back in November. It is now April and the truck has still not been completed. We were waiting on one egr gasket for them to have all the parts to start the repair. I located the part here in ***** and drove 3 hours to get it and shipped it to them. That was the beginning of march (march 7th). They told me the truck would be done at the beginning of April. After todays phone call with ****** the service representative at all star dodge. The mechanic that tore the truck apart has been sick all week and ****** doesnt want anyone else to work on it until the sick guy is back. Thats ****** a veteran and helicopter mechanic I have to complete jobs everyday that the prior shift has taken apart. ******* excuses are really started to get to me. Ive been patient to this point and now Im fed up. Weve been paying a ridiculous amount of money for the payment of a truck we havent seen since last year. I start school in two weeks and we currently have one vehicle. Im going to be walking my grown a** to school everyday while paying a ridiculous truck payment. I want this problem resolved and for someone to put a boot in this ****** guys a**. I would never treat a customer the way they have treated me and my family. Can you please help us out in anyway? We need a loaner vehicle until our truck gets back. We both start school next week and currently have 1 vehicle. With school beginning I will have to start calling out of work due to conflicting schedules and Im not ok with losing money. Ive opened a lawsuit against Chrysler and Ram Trucks. This review is for Mopar Factory Parts. Ordered a wiring harness for $562.**. What's crazy to me is the part was a definite fit for my vehicle before ordering, however, they have an added $2.99 optional charge for checking part against VIN..... that's a first. I skipped the $2.99 charge and elected the "free" VIN check.To my dismay I receive an email the next day from , stating it wasn't a fit for my vehicle. The actual part fitting my vehicle was $1337.**, an $815.** difference and would I like to update my order?Yes, I absolutely would after that. I emailed back immediately and requested to cancel the order and for them to send a confirmation email it had been canceled. Six days later.....by this point I have exhausted every option I could find. They had ignored all emails. Online chat was an option, but also hadn't worked out... after a representative was supposed to be "two" minutes and it had been over "fifteen" minutes without any response. No phone or address listed. I was able to find out through my credit card as they had a pending charge on account, that they were associated with All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram near **************, **, along with a phone number. I called and spoke to parts counter, which can supposedly do nothing other than let them know to call. Within a few minutes I had an email from them that the order had been canceled. C- rating and unfortunately it's probably worse if more knew about this and could link them up. Extra, Extra . Read all about itBuying a car is like buying a house it should be the most exciting time as it is a huge investment. This dealership completely ruined my daughters first buying experience. Im writing this because as a mother I taught my daughter to build her credit for success to achieve her buying goals. This dealership set zero standards and tried to rip my daughter off. Prior going to the dealership she got pre approved and all we needed was a purchase order. As soon as we went into the dealership they tried scamming and pressuring her into financing through them instead. The salesman was very unknowledgeable and took us straight to the finance department against our wishes of not financing. When she gave into financing they ran her credit multiple times. They continued to play games and questioned our bank rate instead of just giving us an honest answer. From all the pressure we left. After going home and discussing it my daughter really loved the car so she went back alone. Once she went alone they raised the price by $1000. This should be illegal. Did they think because she was young and alone they could take advantage of her and she wouldnt notice the price difference? No one elses daughter should be taken advantage of. I called the dealership when I learned of the price gauge and talked to ***** who was very unprofessional, raised his voice and hung up the phone. I personally drove to to the dealership because in the years past I bought a car for my other child here and had a pleasant experience. I was hoping I could speak with someone who actually cared and match the in writing price my daughter originally had to write a happy review. Unfortunately, the general manager **** came with the same unprofessional attitude and told us to take it or leave it. The management here in past years was great but clearly it has gone downhill. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Auto world sent my 2019 jeep compass to this dealership because they assumed there was a recall after diagnosing. Upon arrival on November 8th, service advisor ***** assured me that the diagnostic cost would be 235, which i accepted. I get a call a week later telling me its my battery and my cost would be 560. Not even 3 hours later, i receive a call stating that even with the new battery, my truck was still doing the same thing and they have to diagnose it further; which happened to be an ADDITIONAL 429 and i find to be very predatory. After further diagnostic, they claim that it is now a battery relay, which now boosts my total to around $1200. When we asked ***** to relocate the old battery simply because we wanted to test it, this imbecile disappears for 10 mins, comes back with a RANDOM battery as she smirks and shrugs her shoulders stating i grabbed a random battery, it may be yours it may not. Like are you freaking kidding me right now??? I thought i was on an episode of punkd. The office is terrible, absolutely terrible at communication. I have to call and leave voicemails nonstop to get an update on services yall are charging me $1200 for? Yesterday i told them to go ahead and install the fuse.. just for me to have to call back today and find out itll be ANOTHER week before i get my jeep back. I will also me filing a complaint with the attorney generals office! Ill be lucky to get my truck back before the new year! If i could give negative stars i would. Sorry you had a bad experience. I understand your vehicle was worked on by another shop prior to coming to us. We did not find any recalls open for your vehicle. With your approval we diagnosed the vehicle and found the batteries needing replaced. It is not possible to proceed without good batteries in the vehicle. You approved the battery replacement and we found a relay that needed to be replaced. We offered to install the relay at no charge if you purchased the part. We are using all of our resources to procure the relay and will complete the work as soon as possible.Review from Colleen K

2020 jeep towed in 10/29/23, would not start. No contact that Monday from service advisor.. 10/31 they called and stated both batteries failed and $1000. For both batteries??. I had it towed to dealer because its still under warranty, to find out the battery from factory was only a 3 year battery and not covered under warranty went to pick up auto and after asking questions, they replaced with 2 year batteries. The warranty is from the manufacturer and not the Dealership. Your Service Advisor went over the cost to diagnose and replace the batteries prior to the replacement. We completely diagnosed the charging system to verify there were no draws included in the charge. The total charge was discounted to attempt to satisfy the customer.Review from Tom C

purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler for $35,000 I added over 3,000 worth of upgrades from the dealer. I had decided that I really missed having a truck, so I went there to see about trading it in. They offered me less than $28,000 for my trade, with I had only had for 5 months. I had also purchased the oil change package that was good for 2 years. I ended up trading the Jeep in at a different dealership for a new truck. I called to see if I could cancel the oil change package and get my money back since I never used it, they told me it was non-refundable and I would need to take the matter up with Chrysler which was never relayed to me. I called Chrysler they put me on hold for over 25 minutes and I never did get a hold of anyone. I placed an online inquiry (seen on Facebook) about the purchase of a RAM truck. I was contacted by a woman named ******** via text message. She wanted me to schedule an appointment with the dealer. I had informed ******** that I had been to several dealership and could not make a deal due the lack of equity in my 2022 Chevy Equinox. ******** said we can make a deal with the payments I had asked for ($550 to $650). I had told her I would not come out unless those conditions were met. So I went to All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I did not see ******** who I expected but someone else (can't remember salesman). He asked me a few questions stepped away and come back and told me they could not get the payments I asked for. Rather than asked me if I wanted to look at another vehicle, this salesman remained quiet. Thank you for your review. The transcript of your text messages with employees at the dealership has been reviewed by several levels of management. At no time did anyone promise you a specific payment. The message chain shows that we gathered information from you and set an appointment. *****, your sales **** ********** that there could be issues getting to the payment you wanted. There was significant inequity in the vehicle you currently own (over $10,000). We did not run your credit saving you an inquiry. Before we could finish presenting options, you stormed out of the showroom. You did call back and the sales manager, *****, reviewed all of this information with you. He said he stood by his employees because the text message chain does not support your version of the what happened. Do not buy from this business! I ordered a part for my dodge truck. It was the wrong part. I reached out and a guy named **** said if I gave them my vin he would help me find the part I needed and wouldnt charge me the 15% restocking fee. I sent him my vin and never heard back. So I spent the money to send back just so I could get a little refund. My item was delivered to them almost two months ago. I have emailed multiple times and have not heard back or received my refund. Its likely at this point I wont be receiving one.All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Response

****, in our online Parts Department, did tell her that he needed the *** to get the correct part but the customer never responded. He offered to waive the restock fee if she bought the other part but the customer never responded. He was waiting on writing the credit for the reply. Also, there are emails going back to 11/4 where **** and the customer were speaking about the part being returned. According to her, she has a tracking number that shows it was delivered here on 10/19 and **** responded by saying that he cant find it here. **** asked her for a tracking number but she never provided us with one. We're not sure if our emails are going into a spam folder or she just doesn't see these emails. On 11/18 **** emailed her and said "I have not received the part back yet and have searched through the returns that have been brought over to us from our main building. If you happened to have received a tracking number with your shipment please share that with me or check to see if it has a name for who signed for it. Even if I do not have the item in hand I can refund you as long as I have something that shows that it was delivered to us." **** has responded to every email but the customer refuses to provide us with tracking info. So, we have no way of knowing whether or not she has truly returned the original part to us.
