We hired him to do some extensive building. He built only the garage that were were going to use as a living area while the other buildings were built. He did such a poor job on the garage (no heat during the winter) and he got angry with us and walked off the job. We paid him $100,000 and got a loan from our credit union. The wiring was done badly, the shower vent was placed incorrectly, the vent to the bathroom also was misplaced. He put an infrared in the ceiling that is not supposed to be used for a living area. We paid him the full amount upfront.

I don't even know what to say, I have done everything in my power to please you, I built your building to complete satisfaction and to code. I also spent $3000 more on things that wasn't even my doing, needed fixing or attention but I wanted to make you happy and you still was not. Now here is the thing you never ever, ever mentioned you were going to live in the pole barn, this was for a RV/camper and that's what it says on the contract. The plumping was done to code, who ever came in and removed my plywood on the outside of the bathroom to add a sink to the inside of the shop screwed up the plumping but you wanted to blame it on me and I went and bought you another vent less cap because they didn't know what they were doing and I could do that to you. I spent a lot of money adding the drain in the front of the building that wasn't my doings and served no propose but I did it and cost me a lot. The wiring in the shop is to code. The infrared heater is what you wanted and is on contract but remember you said this a RV barn and you where going to build a completely different house and another big horse barn. I Can't tell you how many time you blew me off to meet and discuses things over, I went over quite a few time to fix things that wasn't evern a problem, quite a few time believe me, I did everything I could to please you. I should of seen the right on the wall after you told me you where suing all the other people that did work for you and they screwed you to. lol. Also be aware I have all the text messages saved to my phone about everything.
