9/14/23 @3:06pm EST. I had a zoom appointment with a marriage recovery counselor named *************************** - this was 1 of 3. 1st with me, 2nd with my husband and then together for assessment/next steps. She was not prepared, did not know it was a marriage assessment and told me 15minutes in that she would have asked me questions if she knew it was an assessment. She told me to leave my husband that he didn't love me, wasn't into me and offered one on one sessions with me. I told her I have my own therapists and was there for marriage assessment, that was when she said she had no idea that was what my appointment was for. Giving a "professional" opinion before speaking to the other spouse and based on 15 minutes not 2 (60 minute sessions) is just not doable as you don't have the facts. She said she was not going forward with seeing him and would refund the sessions as I should save my money and divorce him. The company refunded partially but then charged me for full one session (the 3 were discounted as a package) for $195. The session I signed up for did not happen due to her lack of preparedness, it was not 60 minutes and she was not professional. I have asked for my complete refund with the additional $195 that was not refunded and her reply was that I could pay for the other 2 and she would complete those. She already said they were pointless and didn't even do the session I was there for. They should submit a full refund as promised.Business response

I understand you are disappointed in the service you received. While the service was provided for the session - it seemed to be cut short due to car problems that disrupted the session? You were registered for a Couple's Assessment and was not delivered the correct service. I am happy to process the refund. Thank you!
