Taylor at RJI did a wonderful job of working with our insurance company to make sure all of our storm damage was covered. The installation crew showed up on time, was very professional and did an excellent job from start to completion. Couldn't ask for more - we are very pleased with RJI and would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend RJI Professional/Wyoming MN. The "Professionals" in RJI's name couldn't be more accurate; they are Pros from the Salesmen Romero to the Sales Manager Mark to the Project Manager Chad on to the Project Coordinator Josh. We had our entire roof replaced along with siding and the process couldn't have been any more painless. RJI works with the insurance adjustors to access "all" the damage and they work directly with the insurance claim adjusters to gain approve for repairs. RJI handles the entire process in a professional efficient manner......its like your just waiting for something bad to happen with the repairs, claims etc,,,,that never happen. We have a "guy" in Romero a top notice sales professional going forward who worked directly with us every step of the way. Romero will be our first call if we ever have storm damage going forward. ***'s initial representative, ****** and our project manager, ******, were very professional, timely and helpful in the initial assessments, working with my insurance adjustor, project scheduling and getting the roof replaced before winter set in. We suffered several hail/wind storms in June in this area and the roofers were in high demand. At the end of the repair, their cleanup was amazing. We found very little debris from the roof replacement.We had an issue with the exhaust fan of the radon system that was created by the roofers. This was also repaired in a professional and timely manner.I highly recommend this company and their representatives.RJI Professionals, Inc. Response

We would highly recommend this company. We had a major hailstorm in our area last August and they were amazing at helping us through each step of the process for our roof and window replacements. Derek was instrumental in working with our insurance company to get our roof and window replacements approved. He quickly responded to all of our panicky texts and emails whenever we hit a snag with the insurance approval process. We are so glad we chose RJI professionals!RJI Professionals, Inc. Response

I happened to stumble on to RJI Professionals by word of mouth. I couldn't be happier! After a huge hail storm a year ago August that totaled my metal roof and half log siding, I didn't want to lose to look of log but I also didn.t want the high cost of maintenance that goes with wood log. I found a company in Colorado called TruLog. After receiving samples of their products I showed the samples to Derek and he said that it wouldn't be a problem, and it wasn't! The staff and workers at RJI were very responsive, polite, and professional. The workers cleaned up each day which was impressive. I was very particular about what I wanted done on my home and they were very accommodating. I couldn't be happier with the results. Liz and Chris ******, Briarwood 1 We had our roof replaced by RJI Professionals, Inc. last week and we were very pleased with the work that was done. The workers were friendly, they worked hard and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves, no roofing nails left on the ground. They were careful around our shrubs making sure all was covered. We loved how the contractor suggested matching our roof vents to the roof color, it looks so much better. We would highly recommend this company.RJI Professionals, Inc. Response

RJI recently handled the roofing project of our townhouse association. The RJI rep was courtious and knowledgible. He was easty to talk to when I had a question. The roofers made one small snafu when they shingled over our drier vent openning. The RJI rep noticed this and made sure it was coerrected.RJI Professionals, Inc. Response

From the first conversation about our roof, the entire activity was professional, courteous, and always with our interests at top of their mind. The work was done properly and timely. Clean up was excellent and the work crew was courteous. They also assisted with a difficult insurance situation to get the best deal for us.
