March 8, 2022 $2500 bill - plumbing issues We requested an estimate - had a meeting setup - owner canceled meeting. Sent over ************ did maybe 10 hours of work. They left with the job undone and damaged my brand new vanity (had a self closing door which now doesn't work), they couldn't get behind the toilet to secure the base so they just let it, installed our shower but it wasn't lever on the bottom so they told us we could spray installation and caulk it yourself. The shower was not sealed and leaks, also is not level - door won't stay open. We also had a floating floor just put in and they actually had moved the tiles so now it all has to be redone. We tried calling the company several times and this was before we got our bill and the receptionist keep telling us that she will let the owner know and he will call us back....never happened!! Then we got the bill $2500 really??? If your going to charge over $100 an hour your best give me that estimate that I requested. We continued to call them and each time the receptionist would say the same thing and no one ever called...they just kept sending the bill with added service charges. Finally, in August I got fed up and I called, the receptionist just ticked me off...all she kept saying is "pay the invoice". I asked her if she would if this was her issues, she had no answer to that. The plumbers that came over were no professionals! Little things like arriving late, a no show on the second day...we had to call them to see if they were coming/ not wearing booties on a wet//snowy day, they tracked in and out of the house about 10 times the first day tracking all the way down to my fully carpeted basement. We had to ask them to put on booties. They didn't have the proper tools to install the shower, we let them use ours and they left us a mess. We wanted to resolve the issue, they won't work with us at all - asked owner to come out and look at the problem, he refused and hung up on us. Still no communication!
