On August 16, 2021, I contacted the Trophy House (which had previously been in Savage) as they were no longer in the location. The owner, Kevin, said they had to move the business to their home due to Covid restrictions. I told him what work I was needing done and he said I could send him the material and he would engrave and send back to me. We exchanged information and later that day, I sent him 2 engraving plates to be engraved. I followed up with an email letting him know the plates were sent and clarified in writing, the names, etc. he responded that he had everything he needed and would send to me once completed. Since Aug 17, I have sent 4 separate emails and have called twice (leaving a message each time) inquiring about my order without any response. In my messages I told him that if he can’t complete the work, just send me back my plates so I can have the work done elsewhere. I am beyond frustrated at the lack of response / communication from Kevin / this business. The value of the plates is minimal and the work to be done was only around $30 (which wasn’t billed or paid yet) so I don’t have and it’s not worth legal remedies or action; however, I would like my material back! If the business is not going to respond, they shouldn’t be in business!
