We hired a ** through Bellagala for our wedding. Right from the get go, ********* was difficult to get a hold of to communicate with not having a voicemail to leave messages at. I added to our ** contract by renting additional microphones for our live musicians. On the wedding day, the ** did not bring the microphones to the wedding and didnt care he didnt have them. (He lied and said they dont have them, but they actually did, he just forgot.) At 9:00 pm during the wedding dance, the ** started laying the groundwork for leaving our dance early, saying to the *** the groom said it was ok for him to leave early, telling bride, the groom said it was ok to leave early and telling the groom, the *** said it was ok to leave early. It was NOT ok with any of us to leave early. For the record, it was a gorgeous night, many friends and loved ones were in attendance and since it was at our home, we were prepared to sit outside enjoying the evening well into the night. At 10:00 PM, the ** said he was doing one last some and was going to leave. We persuaded him to stay for another hour but then he just left while many people were still in the dance floor and many enjoying listening to the music. It shut our beautiful evening down with him taking the music with him. Money spent on food, after food, alcohol, party favors, cigars for the cigar bar, all wasted because he shut out party down early. They are in direct breech of contract as the contract stated they would stay as long as the party was going on. When I called bellagala to report what happened, they were appropriately sorry the ** left, but I was told I would receive a phone call back from a manager but never did. When i didnt receive a phone call, I called back to check on what was going on, (they dont answer their phones and you cant leave a message for them to call back remember) but when I called I was told to stop calling. Be very wary of this company!
