            After All Energy (AE) installed the solar panels in July 2022 Xcel Energy kept billing as usual for 9 months and taking the energy. I notified AE and they told me they would find out what the problem was but that never happened. Then they had me call XE and they claimed to know nothing about it. This went no where. Around April of ************************************************** of what they took during that time. Now they take out what they want, they are controlling it when I was told I would receive a check monthly or yearly for overage since I use less energy. I feel I am paying and just a conduit of Xcel Energy. Yesterday, I received a notice from the *********************** (who they direct me to get the loan) and after paying them the rebate of of over $6000 that my monthly payment had increased to $94.30 from $69 dollars. I paid what the bank told me I owed at the time to keep my payments the same but that hasn't happen. It has been one problem after another with them.

            Angela V Working with All Energy Solar has been so easy, from planning through installation. They were really clear about what the project entailed, what it would cost, and how the tax credits work. They were incredibly responsive to questions.They assigned us a project manager who kept us informed on scheduling. We had 12 panels installed in February 2024. They worked with our electric company and stayed on top of any issues. We are now producing energy and received our first bill for electric: $23! I highly recommend this company if you are considering solar energy-- for their expertise, excellent service, and clear communication.
