              I scheduled a refrigerator repair estimate with this business via Whirlpool official service. The technician stayed all of 5 minutes at my home and told me he was unable to repair the fridge. The business is now attempting to charge me $150 for a non-repair, claiming that the technicians time was required to tell me my fridge was broken. Of course I knew it was broken, that is why I made the service call. They never fixed the fridge.

              I'm so disappointed because in 6 weeks your company has scheduled countless appointments with me and nobody ever showed up. Your company didn't even cancel the appointments. You guys just NEVER came and I took time off from work waiting like an idiot for someone who never came and didn't even have the courtesy to inform me. The last time this happened was two days ago -- Monday. The appointment you guys gave me was for "Monday between 1 and 4". Sure enough, nobody came. And my family and I have been six weeks without being able to use a brand new dryer from Electrolux, technically still under warranty. I am done with G&G Appliance Service. I spoke with Electrolux at length and they replaced my dryer with another brand new one. I hope your company goes out of business soon because that's what it deserves. Please do forward this message to your superiors and tell them that this review will be online on ****** and Yelp! imminently.
