All products sold by www.MarineVinylFabric.com comes with a 30 day full money back guarantee. If you choose to return your item for any reason within 30 days, you will receive a full refund upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be sent to us within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that although we allow returns, we never resell these items as new items. Any returns which are resold by us through any sales channel are clearly marked as a returns. Returns are never handled in the same facility as our new inventory.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any returns which are not delivered to us. All returns must be shipped through UPS, USPS or Fedex. We will not accept returns delivered through any other shipping company. We do not accept any hand delivered returns.
Upon receiving your authorized return, we will issue a refund for the the full purchase price of the item. Any extra shipping charges associated with the order will not be refunded. This includes any extra shipping charge for order shipped outside of the contiguous United States and any order with expedited shipping charges. No original shipping charge will be subtracted from the purchase price if our standard free shipping was used. The customer will, in all cases, be responsible for paying for return shipping. The customer will not be refunded for the return shipping cost.
Please take care to return our items in the same condition they were received.
