Horrible corrupt company. Misclassifying drivers as independent contractors so they don’t have to pay for pto and benefits. I worked there 2.5 years and TRUST ME , they worked us like employees!! Even have their name in big bold letter on checks for “YOUR” company. They also have been sued twice within the last 2 years and I will be the third. This company needs to be seriously investigated and ENDED INDEFINITELY!!Review from Andrew B

Street fleet courier Incorporated near Roseville MN broke my Rights for a background check and employment status by calling my subcontractor boss instead of me about my back ground study they terminated him as a employee because of my own background check and they discriminated against him slandered my name and slain and also broke my privacy rights and gloves before process and everything there's a difference between wanting to file for today's civil class action suit against them and I'm requesting an apology from them to my subcontracting boss

Street Fleet delivered my payroll to the wrong address last pay period, they set the payroll outside of a locked door, in the rain on HN Ave on a prior delivery and this pay period was to be delivered on Wed and no where to be found Friday afternoon at 4:00 pm. Payroll packages are private and sensitive and confidential information. The the customer service person cussed about me after my call today, extremely hostile, she didn’t get the phone hung up. I heard everything she said to co workers. They need to be written up by someone. Lawsuits online for them not paying OT, case with the AG on paying as independent contractors vs employees and a tenured employee suing for sexual harassment and discrimination, she was treated in a hostile way. Also cited for retaliatory actions. My experience exactly. Something is really really wrong with the management of this company. Shut them down.Street Fleet Response

I would certainly like to counsel the driver and the customer service representative that didn't perform as they should have. Any information such as the name or address of the company we were delivering to should aid in identifying those individuals.I apologize for our shortcomings and assure you that we strive to be much better.
