I purchased a prepaid **** gift card and had a return. They put the $85 dollars back to the giftcard account. The card was flagged for suspicious activity. I have been dealing with their customer service for 3 weeks. They have given me the run around. Lastly they said I need to register the card . I cannot register the card due to it being blocked. This company is a joke and crooks for keeping people's money!Business response

Please request the company name on the front of the card and the first 6 digits of the account number from the customer.
We are unable to locate an account with the details provided. We would also need a complete address in order to send a response.

I was issued a debit card for $100 by ********************. The card is called AKIMBO Master Card as issued by Sunrise Bank,N.A. Thus far, I have made charges of $10 and $16.50 on the card. However, text message from the card showed that I have only $39.04 left. Apparently, the card might have included merchant declined charges. The problem with this card is that there is no access to customer service. Calls are either dropped right away or put on extended hold. I do not have any other means to resolve this and I am pretty confident countless others are in the same predicament as myself.
