      I bought a chip for my **** F-150. It worked great for a month. Now the transmission is acting up and when you get on it. It spits and sputters. I know it's the chip because I can unplug it and it goes back to driving good. Why is it doing this???

      Hello *****, the chip is only capable of adjusting to air and fuel mixture inside the motor. The transmission has a completely separate computer and shifts based on pressure not a electronic signal. **************** sent you a replacement last week and emailed tracking information.       Chip your car is a total scam. Their device is literally a blinking light device that does nothing. They will not answer the phone, nor respond to emails or chat request to give money back.

      I'm sorry to hear you feel this way but it simply is not true. You are referring to the Nitro obd chip which is a knockoff copy product that people have been fooled into  thinking they are the same thing and we refunded you in full 8 days ago on September 2nd. Please check with your card carrier or call or customer service for further assistance at **********.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      None of what they said was true. I am still having to harass them for my money back. Did they serious say the Nitro product that was sent to me was a knock while also saying they gave a refund for the item? If so, looks like they are admitting in an odd way they deal in fraud items.

      This company sell "piggyback" tuning chips for vehicles and claim to increase performance. I have done the "150 miles" before you see results. I also reset the device and still saw no results. Their website says hassle free 30 day money back for full refund. When I emailed them asking for a "return authorization" I was told "no, you have to call and talk about it with someone" again I asked if they could please make this easier and authorize my return. She said no. Now I have called 4 times. The line answers the phone, but no one responds. I spent $160.99 for an item that DOES NOT work as they advertise (or maybe not at all for that matter) and now the company is ghosting me. Since the purchase I have researched the company more and have seen countless claims to how this is a scam. I just want my money back

      A simple ****** search of "Chip Your Car scam", or even just viewing this one of countless videos showing said scam, should summarize what we've been through. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=htijCitYHLQ We sent back the unopened box "Chip" directly back to sender the day after it was delivered to us, because we at that time discovered it was a scam. We have all receipts for what we were required to do as mere customers; drop off at mailbox center, etc. We then contacted **** who is investigating them now. We also have proof that it was sent through the **** system back to them. There are about 4 different sets of people involved in this and currently investigating them for us. The Post Master, CA and MN ************************* etc.We will take this as far as they want to take it. We can begin posting the receipts, emails, phone messages, etc. It's only going to make their job of scamming people much harder. Or, they can refund us immediately.

      Hello ******,

      You contacted us on July 11th which was 3 days after your order was placed stating that you have "suffered economic disaster and will be refusing package and requesting refund". We state on our website not to refuse a package but simply contact us when you receive the package so we can give proper return instructions. We ask that as refusing a package typically will not send the products back to us but to a **** holding facility where we can not get them back. That being said we still do not have your chip back and the tracking number you gave us is simply the tracking number we sent you when we shipped the product to you. That is why you have not be refunded yet, because we dont have the product yet. Now you are stating we are a "scam" which in no way is true. We promptly shipped you the item you requested and when you simply did not follow return instructions and we have not received anything back from you or a proper tracking number. For all we know we could be the ones getting scammed. We are happy to help you but this was not the proper way of requesting help. We have a customer service line that is open 7 days a week 8am-10pm cst at **********.

      Firstly, Chip Your Cars Nameholder is actually performancechips usa L. L. C. from ********************, **. I urge everyone (including BBBStaff) to go search this business on the ** SOS Business Search.

      After falling ill, I considered just returning the fake "chip"because well, I thought I was going to die. But unfortunately for you, I didnot. It was only when I began hunting for your return address online that I wasbombarded with the multiple pages of reviews, text, videos, and images allsubmitted by verified buyers of your fake chip. What I saw just blew me away.I'd just the day before, on the 11th, sent an email informing you of thesituation. YOUR FAKE EMPLOYEES RESPONDED BY CONFIRMING MY REFUND WOULD BE GIVENWITHIN ONE BUSINES DAY AND THAT YOUR SYSYEM WAS UPDATED WITH MY NEWLY PROVIDEDINFO. Screenshot attached.

      The package was shipped via ***** and has been tracked anddelivered by multiple Postmasters, for which we have record of. We have allreceipts, all proof. You make a living scamming people then charging them a"restocking fee" if they return their fake chip, which is why you'reso upset that we returned it to sender unopened-- because you couldn't chargeus that restocking fee.

      Cale, young man, I know you're having a good laugh with ***** how your investments into an elaborate network of scam ideas/entities isfinally producing enough profit that your family can finally fill thatbeautiful outdoor garage with all kinds of fun little toys to take to the lake,but your greed, oversites and miscalculations have caught the attention of thekarma gods. You now have a mob of extremely angry blue-collar hard-workingfamily folk (such as myself), requiring an end to your reign of terror.

      Cale, we will spend any amount of money to get our refund.We have all the time in the world and are ready to dedicate ourselves to this24/7 until it is fully rectified. No number of brushfire distractions,diversions, gaslighting, lies, or fast-talk will change this.

      Bought the chip in dec.2020 it dies not work as advertised i wanted a refund called the number no one ever answered left several messages no return calls i even messaged them on their website not much help so i finally called again on june 21 2021 someone actually answered the phone i was in shock so i explained you people are avoiding me she told me I'll see what i can do i said i want a refund give me your return address she wouldn't told me again I'll see what i can do i told her if i don't get a response i will file a complaint my problem is 30 day money back guarntee i could not get in touch with anyone they avoid you and their product does not work as advertised in my view it's a total scam i have the chip all i want to do is return it for a refund.

      Im sorry to hear you are having an issue. Our chips are guaranteed to work and dyno proven to do so as we advertise. If there is an issue with the unit we have a lifetime warranty to cover it and 30 day return period. I assure you nobody is avoiding you call as we hundreds of calls a day and blindly answer them. We have open phone lines 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm CST. 7*********. We are happy to replace the unit for you if you believe it is defective.
