      They wanted a sale bad and did everything to ensure that got my money asap. After THEY sent me a text asking how things were going. I replied with concerns, no one replied to me. A couple hours later I sent another text with a different concern, no reply! That night I sent a very long email about my concerns and my frustration with the communication, NO REPLY! Find a different dealership to do business with! They won't help you after you sign the dotted lines!!! This is not ok!!!

      I apologize for your issues of not getting ahold of somebody right away. However, I can assure you with the record keeping that we have here shows that **** and *** both reached out to you after the purchase of your used **** To our surprise even after speaking with and resolving your issue, you left a poor review online as well as the BBB. We have attempted to call you back and even tried to leave a voicemail on your phone. Since we only had your cell phone number and your voicemail was full, we were finally able to get a hold of you Saturday as well as Tuesday. Please do not make threatening or false statements when our records clearly show that we reached out to you after the sale. We offered to have you go to the ********* store if you had any more questions and to make sure we took great care of you. If you have any questions, please reach out to the store again.

      DO NOT BUY from here. Absolutely terrible experience! I am out of state told the salesman right away where I was located and when I could pickup. He took a deposit from me then proceeded to tell me they couldn't get me the car on the their lot unless I met their demands of being there by Saturday when I already said I couldn't be there until Monday. This was all disclosed to him before taking my deposit. The sales guy was Aaron Peters, he lied to me about saving this car for me.

      You never told ***** a specific date that you would arrive to the dealership. We still have a Pacifica that you are looking for that would fit your wants and needs. However, you never committed to a specific date and time of your arrival and it was never a 100% held for you since you told ***** on 2 separate occasions that one day to the next would not work for your travels to *********.

      No ethics. Covered up smoke smell and let us buy without doing the right thing. Not sure how the sales people can live with themselves.

      Horrible experience. False advertising online. Instead of providing trade in value of my car which I asked for numerous times, I kept being asked what I wanted for my monthly payment. The monthly payment options were already provided in the advertisement online. The worker sent over to evaluate my trade in went through same line of questions about my monthly payment. When I told him I wanted my keys back because I was done, he refused. I had to ask FIVE TIMES to get my keys back, so I could leave. Had to raise my voice. No apology from the manager. Beware. Not ethical.

      may, 2021 - review re: 2019 cherokee trailhawk bought new in march, 2019. brought to rcjd for oil change, tire rotation and leak issue(s). passenger tail light had condensation and then found that the spare tire wheel well was soaked. spare tire was wet and wheel rim was rusted. repairs were made, taking a bit longer due to covid. arrived to pick up the vehicle not expecting any balance due as leak(s) were under warranty and 3 oil change services were included with new purchase. instead, received bill for $110+ for the oil change/tire rotation and multi-point inspection. apparently the oil change offer expired 6 weeks earlier. service staff was unwilling to comprise and referred to sales. same result after speaking with sales. no staff member suggested to use a coupon that is continuously sent to rcjd customers. coupon is $29.95. after returned home, washed vehicle & found mold on weather strip in upper left of passenger door window. another leak?
