Bought a jeep from lakeville last June, didnt enclose on the car facts that it was a salvage title. Then had to sell it back to them lost money I put down because my insurance wouldnt take the salvage title. Then traded for a white one one month after having it the radiator blew and left me stranded at 3am on the side of the highway on my way to work. Had it replaced then the fan went out now the water pump picked it up last ************ the transmission blew Ive had the car for 1 year it only has 60k miles on ********** not willing to help me get into a new more reliable vechile without me taking a huge hit on negative equity. Its still under warranty but Ive had nothing but problems & have no confidence left in the vehicle for my safety of commuting to work and back. They sold me a lemon & will not take responsibility the other thing they offered me was 1000$ over kbb value of my current vehicle. Filing this under Roseville cause they did the work on my water pump & a day later the transmission blew.Business response

We are sorry ***** is experiencing an issue with the Jeep and would love to help her trade out of the vehicle. ***** is mistaken about the first vehicle she bought being a "salvage title". It was not a salvaged title: she financed it which banks do not typically lend on salvage title vehicles and our rigorous inspection process would keep any salvaged title vehicle out of our retail lot. We strive to have happy customers and ***** did not like the first Jeep she bought in May of 2022. In June, she traded it in on a different Jeep with only ****** miles on it. ***** has put ****** miles on her Jeep in 13 months and experienced a transmission failure. Fortunately, we have ***** in a free loaner vehicle and the failed transmission is covered under warranty! We would love to trade ***** out of the vehicle if it makes financial sense for her to do so.

For one it was a salvage title ***************** can prove that to you as well so if thats what the manager needs Ill have her send over the paper work! Might wanna go through your vehicles a little more thoroughly. It reads as a salvage title cause it was involved in an accident and was not properly fixed nothing to do with the fact that I didnt like the vehicle!! It made my insurance sky rocket so I had to get out of it. Yes they do have me in a free loaner still doesnt help that Im making a monthly payment on a vehicle that I cant even drive for over a month or so due to their shop not giving me an eta on the transmission arrival date.Initial Complaint

I returned to the Belzers for continuing issues with the chassis battery draining for a '16 Ram Promaster ** van. They installed a new battery on 12/29/20. I returned it with issues on 3/11/21 and again on 8/17/22. Since installing new battery it has often drained and needed to be jump started. I viewed the battery when van returned and noticed corrosion on connection and a side part was not re- secured. It appeared they did no work on the battery. I contacted a specialist/ mechanic who checked all possible drains on the ** side, concluded it is probably the chassis battery. He also noted condition of battery and concluded they did no work on it. Belzers indicated it was not the chassis battery. New mechanic found the chassis battery will fully charge but drains and no issues causing drain on ** side.The battery may still be under warranty but Belzers won't replace it. I told them the battery will test ok but drains ...it needs to not test ok in order to replace. I've chosen to go to another mechanic for a new battery.Requesting a refund of $219.00 for charge of labor for 8/17/22Business response

On 12/29/2020 the customer brought the vehicle in with a dead battery. The battery was the factory installed original 4-year-old battery. It was frozen and needed to be replaced. The starting and charging system was tested and determined to be functioning normally.

I am rejecting this response because: Predicted response. The battery charges fully but doesn't hold a charge. Im requesting refund for service charge of$219. because it was obviously not serviced. Initial inspection showed corrosion on connection and it was not secured, it was left unattached. I had another mechanic look at it and he concluded nothing was done.
Everything on RV side.... nothing is draining on RV side. I've only had issues sine this battery was installedBusiness response
