            This store charged my credit card for an item that, they admit 10 days later, they do not have in stock. They have offered a refund after I initiated the discussion; otherwise it seems they were just going to keep my money indefinitely. I would not ordinarily pursue this any further, however I see from reading ****** reviews that this is a common practice by this store. The owner, who handles these issues personally, seems to think he is *********** advertise items as "in stock" that actually are not in stock, and to then keep customers' money indefinitely without contacting them. One time would be a mistake; the dozen or so reports in the last year indicate that it's intentional.

            Best customer service ever! On a Sunday morning, an hour before store opening, I emailed Urban Traveler to see if a specific Travel Pro carry-on suitcase was in stock. In less than 15 minutes, I received a call back from Willy, the owner of Urban Traveler, Inc. He went out of his way to find the best carry on luggage for my needs. When I expressed concerns that it appears Travel Pro has gone down hill with their customer service, Willy assured me that any issues he would take care of, unlike Amazon and Travel Pro. It is also worth noting that his prices are less than Amazon or Travel Pro for the same item. I anticipate my luggage will be here by Friday. Bev H
