I purchased a radiator from this company via ebay on Dec 1st. Upon receiving the box was torn and there was a puncture in the radiator. The same day pictures were taken of how the package was received and we then proceeded to contact the seller to ask what we needed to do to exchange the radiator. There were issues with the label they provided for us to return the radiator as it was through USPS but the item was too large and we had to send the item back via UPS (******************) where it shows proof of delivery. We have been attempting to make this return to receive either money back or another radiator since Dec 15. The item was mailed back on Jan 8th and received to the seller on Jan 13th. We have contacted Jason multiple times who first said that he never received the item and once we provided him with the information and he realized that he did receive the item, he now does not want anything to do with us. We want the radiator or the money that we were scammed out of.Business response

This customer purchased a item through Ebay. We have told them to go through Ebay for the return process. The customer did not follow the Ebay return procedure and Ebay sided with us on the return. They want us to refund them outside of Ebay which is againist Ebay and our companys policy.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
We took all the proper return measures through eBay they provided us with a USPS return label which they knew was unacceptable because the item was too large in size as they mailed it to us through FedEx which caused us to have to mail the item through UPS. We updated the information through eBay and the seller stated that it was invalid since we did not use the USPS label. They have a tremendous amount of credibility through eBay and is using that as an advantage. Essentially we would just like another radiator as we mailed back the damage one to the company.
