Our church purchased/installed commercial carpeting in our fellowship hall in January 2019. For the last two+ years we have been emailing the company multiple times about an issue with the seams coming apart. They sent an installer twice to look at it (He just used a roller and pushed the seams down). The installer said that the (Mohawk) carpet was peeling away from the pad. In November of 2022, they sent an independent flooring inspector to look at the carpet. He sent a report to them. We heard nothing. Other than communication for the installer and inspector to visit the church, we have had NO response from the company. We feel that the company and Mohawk should stand behind their product. What do you suggest be our next step in the process of having this issue resolved with ****** and Carpet One of Rochester, **?
