On January 4th, **** my stepsons girlfriend stole my wifes credit card and charged ***** dollars to an emergency vet, We reported the card stolen the very next day. We reported it to the ********************** They advised that it was taken care of and they would seek payment back from the vet. Approximately 2 months later they called my wife and said that it is our problem to deal with and then threatened to take us to collections. I believe this practice to be very unprofessional and somewhat illegal and would like that it be looked into.Business response

We have assigned a specialist to review this dispute with the cardholder and are working with the member directly. We are committed to serving our members fairly, and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
