I went to this entity voluntarily and asked to conduct Psychological testing so that I can show my daughter that I have not seen in 6-7 years that i do not have any mental health issue because her mother has been feeding her this lie the longest time.This entity gave me application for reduced fees, which I did filled and email back to them.All went well. Then, i received letter that says I have to pay this much, which i did paid--thus, was told that i do not have to pay anything else. Then, I started to receive new payment **** that was not part of the service provided. I reached out to them and--again, was told that i do not have to pay anything else. Then, again--few days ago, I received new payment statement that says I have to pay this much. Again, I reached out to them and asked what was going on. As always, they brushed off and they were not helpful. Need them to stop sending me new **** payment one after the other. Secondly, I want them to remove my profile and record from their database. Remember, I went to them voluntarily. This was not court/police ordered Psychological testingBusiness response

Headway is sorry that the overall experience was less than hoped for. Headway has communicated with billing to ensure that invoices will cease as long as the agreed upon payment has been made. Destruction of records and/or the removal of the name of someone who received services from our record system, is not statutorily allowed. By law, we must maintain all records related to a client visit for 7 years from the last date of service. While the records must be maintained, records can not be shared/released by Headway without a signed Release Of Information signed by the client. If a client does not sign a Release than the records will not be seen by anyone until the records are destroyed in seven years.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I went to them voluntarily. the service I asked is not ordered by police nor court--so, I have every right to ask them to destroy my record so i do not receive any more annoying billing statement. I paid fully of what they asked. So, when they said "is not statutorily allowed. By law". Which law and which statute. Please show statute number that says I do not have any rights to ask to purge my records. I will pass her respond to ******** attorney. In a nutshell, please purge/destroy my records.
