      TN MARKETING HAS CHARGED MY MAster card account three times three times in the last 12 months with false purchases. they need to be stopped THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! NO STAR

      Hello Mr. Gehling, In researching your customer review, I was able to locate your Woodworkers Guide of America account showing that you signed up to be a member on March 29, 2022, directly from our website wwgoa.com. We sent a pre-billing renewal notice to your email address you used in this review on February 12, 2024, reminding you that your membership would be renewed on March 18, 2024. We did not charge your card 3 different times. We attempted payment, but your card was declined due to insufficient funds. We successfully charged your card on April 5, 2024. I have however taken the liberty of refunding you $93.28 and cancelled your Woodworkers Guild of America membership. I trust this addresses any concerns you might have had.       I like Philip S. have a big problem with this business. I have never seen a business that won't give a refund or prorate it. I don't want a coupon for your products. This is a scam of a business. Buyer beware. It should be a zero star rating, not worthy of a one star.

We do have a no refund policy once you are charged.       These guys market WWGOA, beware! Poor customer service. Billed my account 186$ as auto renewal 9/26/2023. Today is 9/27/2023. I have just gotten off the phone with a representative and her supervisor. Both refused my refund even though the money was deducted YESTERDAY. I was offered a bunch of "e-information", which I don't want or need. Even though I explained the unexpected deduction caused particular hardship, they were unwilling to make a refund. Their information can be found in multiple other areas on the internet and YouTube for free. Do not waste your money. Don't lose your money as I did.

      A bunch of frauds... offer a low cost subscription then make it impossible to cancel. They choose to have a "no refund policy" after you call to find out why membership jumps $125. more than the initial subscription rate.

In researching your account, I was able to locate the National Sewing Circle Membership that you signed up for on September 23, 2022. We did send you a pre-billing renewal notice to the email address you submitted in this complaint on August 9, 2023, reminding you that your membership would be renewing on September 23, 2023, and that if you did not cancel before the date provided in that notice there are no refunds once charged.I do show a refund was processed on September 25, 2023, through PayPal. Your National Sewing Circle Membership has now been canceled and no further charges will occur. I trust this addresses your concerns.       Buyer beware! Bad business practices. This company will lure you in with a reasonably priced membership, but charge an excessive amount a year later without warning. After being charged, I contacted the company and asked for immediate cancellation of my membership and a refund. I was told that they do not refund payments and that they could cancel my membership for the following year.

We sent a pre-billing renewal notice to the email address on file on July 3, 2023 reminding you that your membership will be renewing on August 17, 2023 and that if you did not cancel before the date provided in the notice that there are no refunds for partial terms. I show you contacted us on August 19, 2023 to cancel and receive a refund for the membership. We responded to your email on August 19, 2023 explaining that we cancelled your membership and that you would still have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current paid term. We then responded when you reached out again on August 20, 2023. Your membership is cancelled, and you will not be charged anything further from ***************** of America.       Keep hitting all my accounts. Paypal, cash app, and chime with varrying charges. Fraud or stolen information is the only way they could have got all three accounts.

      TN Marketing has aquired Craftsy from Bluprint and have made cancelling memberships impossible. You must call them and they claim it takes days for the membership to be cancelled. I called multiple times in March 2021 and no one answered so I emailed them to cancel. I have an email confirming the cancellation and out of nowhere on 5/2/21 they charged me $79.99 for their premium membership. When I spoke to someone they could not give a confirmation for the refund or the membership cancellation. Their business practices should be illegal as it is theft!
