On January 24,2023, 2 of their employees installed 4 wall lights. We provided the lights. The total time it took was between 45 minutes to an hour. (This is the time that they arrived and left) They collected payment on this date and asked if we wanted a receipt through email or a hard copy mailed out to us. We requested a copy of receipt to mailed out to us at that time. On February 1, 2023, it was my 3rd call to talk to them concerning the amount of the bill and to still get the receipt, with no answer and no response. I was told at that point that ***************************** would call back tomorrow. On Feb. 2nd, I tried again and was told he was in a meeting in the AM and would call me after that or I should call again. On Feb. 3rd, I called again at 11:05 and was told he stepped out of office and would be back in 10 minutes. In the afternoon **** and I finally talked by phone and about the pricing of the job and not getting a receipt. After a conversation about the amount of time it ended up taking to install the 4 lights and the amount that was charged, **** agreed to refund the price of installation of 1 light. The amount was $143.00 and to finally send us the receipt. On February 17, 2023, we still hadn't received the refund or the receipt, so put in another call to **** with no answer and left a message. It is now February 26th and we still have not heard anything from **** or Harrison Electric and have received nothing in the mail.Business response
