I ordered an item from Gopher sport on 11/11/2021. I paid with a credit card on that date and have confirmation that the payment was processed and paid on my credit card statement. Since then, I have received no fewer than 15 invoices by mail and 10 harassing phone calls asking that my invoice be paid. Each time, I speak to them and they inform me that the account services department has a record of my payment but either "didn't apply it to my invoice" or "Applied it to an incorrect invoice" and that it will be fixed and I will be contacted in several business days to confirm. I am never contacted back, only sent additional invoices. These calls are harassing me at my place of work. I have sent in the confirmation of payment and asked them to deal with it internally rather than continue to show my statement as over 90 days overdue. They will not respond and will not resolve the outstanding issue. Invoice number is IN ******.Business response

This matter has now been resolved. There was a clerical error on our end that created the misunderstanding but the issue has been corrected. We contacted the customer directly to inform them that this has been resolved.
Gopher Sport has been in business for over 75 years and prides itself on excellent customer service. We take our customer's satisfaction seriously and appreciate the opportunity to correct this error.
