I had a disappointing experience with Airsoft Station due to their poor communication. Despite attempts to reach out for updates on my delayed order, I received no response from the company until after multiple calls during business hours. Their lack of communication was frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend Airsoft Station's services based on this experience.Review from Dan S

My son bought a gun from these clowns. Paid $221 for it including tax. They will not return the tax. Only gave him $206 back. What a joke. If I could give them 0 stars I would.Review from Roy W

Ordered a product online. As soon as I clicked order/purchase, I immediately thought that I made a mistake so I made sure I emailed customer support right away since there is no option on the website to cancel the order. Got a reply a couple of hours later saying it cannot be changed due to the fact that the order has already been processed even if i see awaiting fulfillment status on order. Why should i pay shipping (18$) for stuff that i admit was my fault initially for purchasing the wrong order but could have been corrected from their end. East fix. No convenience on the customers part.Review from Cody B

I placed an order on june 18th 2021 and here it is the 24th. All together my total was 160.36 that's including shipping ,which i paid for the 2 day shipping. My product was 129.99, shipping 30.37 , and grand total 160.36. What upsets me is i spent all this money and my order has not been worked on yet. And im not the only customers. This is the second time this has happened and there Excuse is always covid. And all we get back if we complain is what we paid, for shipping and handling. This is not right, and something has ro be done. Horrible customer service on there end.
