They overcharged me for work they didn’t do. I had the sink removed before they got here and they never cut my countertop. Both on the itemized receipt. They misrepresented a plumber in training and charged me for two full plumbers. Refused to review the bill multiple times upon request. Paid for extra time while he explained everything to the other man. No one asked me why the bill was wrong they just said the owner said it “sounds reasonable.” Only could talk to the receptionist and scheduler no manager access. She was unprofessional on the phone. Don’t use or watch your bill very carefully not that they will adjust it.

This was reviewed and management and spoke to the customer. Was ultimately charged for one person rate, not for two. Rates for one & two man were given prior to the work being scheduled. We stand behind our description of the work invoiced and quality of the work completed.Customer Response

I had originally requested only one plumber but was told that was not an option so that is lie. Never spoke to management unless the scheduler is a manager and he knew nothing about billing. They continue to lie. If you saw a picture of the work you did and the large seam you left in my counter top would you still lie? Wish I could provide pictures.Review from Mary R

I needed a gas line hooked up for a new stove and several other plumbing projects due to deferred maintenance during Covid. I scheduled an appointment and then they were able to get me on their schedule even sooner! Ben showed up at 8 am, he was courteous and easy to work with. He addressed all of my concerns and completed the work in a timely manner. He was missing a part he needed, and had it delivered within half an hour. He did not charge me for the wait time. He stuck to their original quoted hourly rate and completed everything I needed with high quality work! I highly recommend Weld & Sons. I will call them for all my future plumbing needs.
