Bought a used car back in 2018, and they still can't provide the title to said car. Lied to me about the status of the title, and now won't speak to me anymore and ignore requests for updates and solutions. They've also done this to other people as recent as a month ago, so it is a purposeful reoccurring issue they seem to have. Dishonest, untrustworthy, and sketchy. This experience has turned me off from any and all car dealerships in the future. I was informed by the dmv recently that the last they had worked on the title was in August of 2019, despite the General Manager telling me they were working on it much later than that. I also learned they don't even have the title yet themselves to this day, meaning they sold me the car before they even owned it. It has now put me in a difficult financial situation as I have a car that I put money into that I now cannot sell. Such a bad business practice that they let continue to this day. They should not be in business if this is how they conduct their sales. They will take your money and leave you stranded for their own negligence and laziness. I really can't explain how bad of a situation this is, it is insane they let this happen over and over again.Morrie's Minnetonka Ford Response

Bought a 2020 subaru wrx back in late January then in June the vehicle completely stops wait about a month before a subaru dealer can look at it they tell me that the ecm has been tuned I have done anything to the vehicle that would cause a tune dealer says my 3rd party warranty would cover it and wait 3 days and 3rd party warranty won't cover it so I called the dealer and they said that the prior owner who works there didn't tune it and I've been trying to reach out to the dealer and have been waiting for a response for about a week finnal got hold of someone in the finance to get ahold of meMorrie's Minnetonka Ford Response

Absolutely a horrible experience. I bought, new, a 2018 Ford Focus SE Hatchback back in May 2019. The car just crossed the 60k mile threshold. I brought my vehicle in on April 26th this year because it was making a loud noise, they insisted that it was a transmission issue. I have a lifetime powertrain warranty and THOUGHT everything was going to be ok. Not the case. First, I didn't hear anything about my car from April 26th to June 5th, I called multiple times a week and heard nothing. When the service manager M finally got in contact with me, he told me I was declined for a cabin filter miss. It took him a month and a half to tell me this. I have never missed a service or any milestone wellness check on my car. They still won't honor the warranty after even collecting all the service receipts that were needed. I have specifically asked for these things to be done when I brought my car in to be serviced and apparently the technicians either didn't do them or didn't record when they did. AND THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE PROFESSIONALS. I picked my car up yesterday because I was tired of the hoops and hurdles they put me through, and my car is in WORSE shape than when I brought it in. First noticeable thing, the check engine light was on, second was that my battery was dead and they did not inform me of that, and lastly the car is just inoperable as of today. When I got my receipts, they had done work that I did not authorize like removing my engine shield, charging me for a transmission diagnostic I did not ask for, and even charging me for a ride from their dealership when they were working on my car. They wouldn't even give me a loaner car even though I was waiting for my warranty check. I had to beg them and was told "we have to hold these for customers tomorrow, day after, etc." When I was in the shop that day. I have been told "M has gone above and beyond to help" and that is the farthest thing from the truth and my experience. No accountability at all from them.Review from Brad M

Absolutely terrible experience. After over 2 months of having our vehicle and multiple customer pay repair attempts the vehicle is still not fixed. Terrible management, no communication. After the second visit was 56 days for an NVH concern that the vehicle needs to be driven, the out mileage was only 28 more than the intake mileage.. PatheticReview from S. Y.

Their service was horrible!!!! From the beginning to the end. First, we were told that we would be approved, if we sent in all the necessary paperwork. But, even after that, Mo, the sales manager stated that we “needed” to get gap insurance, AND the extended warranties, which I know is how they scam people out of unnecessary products and services. And not only did they waste so much of our time, but when I confronted him after reading the contract that we were about to sign. It stated that we are aware that those were OPTIONAL. When for damn sure, Mo, did not make it seem like it was!!!! It made it seem mandatory!!!! And I fought and argued, telling them that we did not need those extra things. Even down to the last minutes when we were signing all the paperwork, just to find out that they were just abusing our credit score to make a quick buck. It was hilarious how they thought we wouldn’t know to read the contract, and be smart enough to know when someone is taking advantage of us, that we ALMOST fell for it!!!! Because the stupid and retarded sales manager kept implying, “oh, the lender needs us to have it.” Which was complete bullshit!!! Lol The lender didn’t need us to, it doesn’t say so, anywhere in the contract!!!! MO WANTED US TO, so they can get extra money sucked out of us. And created a lie of an excuse to do so!!! So I abruptly walked out of there, because they can scam someone else, but not me! Lol stupidest-lying-idiotic-retarded-dumbest-con artists EVER!!!!!! Horrible experience! I tried to contact the sales men, they do not respond e mails,phone calls. I wanted to buy a brand new vehicle, but instead, I got photos of old vehicles. They hang up the phone. I had an excellent experience with ******'s. I ordered a new Mustang EcoBoost coupe, with no options (cloth, manual seats, manual transmission, etc.). When the car was ready for me to pick it up, I was informed that there was a rebate that I was not aware of and that it would be deducted immediately from my invoice!! I appreciate the honesty! They could have kept the money and I would not have known the difference. They also have a superlative independent extended 15 year, unlimited mileage warranty available that is the best I have ever seen. Considering its coverage, it is priced far less than I have experienced from a **** dealer (or anyone else) before.Max, the salesman whom I dealt with, helped me before ordering the car. He had a good sense about my personality and when he saw the color that I was going to choose for the car, he recommended that I consider another, which I did not know was available. He was spot on! So I ordered it. I am very happy with it. When I got the car, he connected my smart phone's bluetooth and explained how to operate the latest technology features. I wouldn’t even give morries Minnetonka Ford a 1 star review they are so VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I can’t begin to explain the frustration! I am currently sitting here lost because I brought my truck here for service because they sold it to me broken and they can’t even find my vehicle!!! I have to threaten to call fox 9 and come to the shore and complain to get any type of help of response from them. Please do you self a favor and never go to them. They sell vehicles they know are broken and just fix them up a little to make it look good until you get home and when you ask them to repair they say there is nothing they can do.Morrie's Minnetonka Ford Response

Bought a brand new F150 IN 2015 and before warranty ended I took the truck to the shop to fix the issue. Well now around 11 times I took the truck with the same issue and keep dishing $ for service and parts problem was not solved yet. I just wish this truck to be hit by a lighting because Morries and Ford just keep making me as a fool. I really feel like a clown with this back and forth and problem never gets escalated.
