I have been hesitant to write this review/complaint because I still have an open claim through my insurance company due to roofs r us. June of 2019 I had the company start a big roof replacement project. It ended up that my whole house needed new subroofing ( house was built in 1908). This was a roof with many valleys- etc. On the 2nd or 3rd day of the project I got a call from my tenants saying water is running down from the 2nd story to the first floor through the walls and windows and ceilings. . It had rained very hard June 30th I immediately called Mark ***** and left a message. There were no tarps over this portion of the house and the fascia had been pulled back and that is where the water came pouring in. Luke assured me on the phone that if this was their fault they would take care of it. Luke and project manager Mose came out to look the next day and told me it wasn't their fault and that it had been leaking for a long time. Total lie. I lived in that unit several years and my tenants also verify there was no leaking - ever. My insurance has been trying to reach the subcontractors and they are not responding. Roofs r us took no responsibility for this, tried to blame me that it was an ongoing issue. tried to blame it on poor caulking ( that is not even where the water was coming from) . I do not want anyone else to have to deal with this company if they have a problem. They were nice at first and then used intimidation tactics in the end. They said "they would be happy to go to court with me because my roof was in bad shape". Yes it was in bad shape but there was NO water damage before this happened. It is a very large duplex and the only water damage is where it poured in in an untarped area. YEs I am a customer- I have all supporting documents to prove it.

Did a fantastic job with roof replacement. They scheduled me within a week and even moved me up when there was an opening. Their quote was near the lowest but they took the time to offer options specific to my house as well which I really appreciated. They estimated the number of the deck boards that might need to be replaced and included that in the quote. They were correct down to the board which was obvious once the old shingles were removed. Erik followed up with phone calls walking me through the quote and process and was great. The crew was hard working and stayed until the job and cleanup was done. I tipped the guys on the crew but they were very humble about even taking it. I could not find a single nail in my yard after they left and they even sent someone the next day to check the yard again. No surprises in the job or the bill. Highly recommend.
