On July 11, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b) (1)(9); 326B.84 (2); 326B.33 (2020) and Minn.R. 2891.0040 subp. 1G (2021). Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to case and desist from performing or offering to perform electrical and/or technology systems work in Minnesota until they have the correct electrical and/or technology systems contractor license and the business will ensure that they hire Minnesota licensed electrical contractors to perform all electrical work on it's projects in Minnesota. The business agreed to a $5,000.00 fine, with the full balance stayed on the condition that they fully comply with the terms of the Order and have no future violations of any laws, rules or orders under DLI authority. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to the link below.
