Bayport was great to work with. They worked with handling the insurance companies inspectors and made sure the storm damage was repaired. The crews worked fast and efficiently to replace the roof and gutters. Totally available for follow up questions. Over all a satisfying experience.Review from Aaron B

Bayport is great to work with! We were referred to them by a friend who was very pleased with the detailed and comprehensive work they did with their house. We found the same true for us. Bayport was quick to respond to us and provided guidance and direction for us as we dealt with an insurance claim for a new roof. Bayport provided clear communication with us and worked directly with our insurance company to ensure everything was repaired to a high level of quality. Any questions or concerns along the way were quickly answered and resolved. We actually enjoyed the repair process because of the people at Bayport. And we love the final result! I can't say enough about the level of service and guidance provided by Bayport. This was our first time dealing with a roof repair from hail damage. Bayport walked us thru each step on of process and coordinated with our insurance company. Most importantly, the job was state and completed on time with no surprises.Review from Shannon T

Excellent customer service and good quality work. The owner met with me to review all photos of the roof damage caused by a hail storm. He explained things thoroughly and professionally. Bayport staff worked with the insurance company directly to get everything damaged covered by insurance. The workmen who came out to replace the roof were fast and efficient in their work. They cleaned up everything afterward and even provided gutter covers at no cost. Fascia and soffits were not covered by insurance but a payment plan was set up that was beneficial to both Bayport and myself. Highly recommend Bayport Roofing.Review from Paul R

I am very satisfied contracting my house repairs Bayport Roofing and Siding. Their office team and inspectors worked quickly to find the best fit for my style, for quality and for durability. High quality array of products for limitless creativity. The team was proactive and always responsive (same day, if not same hour!) They installed a new roof, new siding and new gutters with amazing skill. The work was done within 10 days. Bayport, Roofing & siding was recommended to my family after we had some damage from a tree falling on our home, leaving a leak in our rooftop. They spent a few minutes inspecting and quickly realized there was damage. These men did so well fixing our rooftop. Looks so much nicer brings out a pop to my home! Bayport roofing and siding did a great job on my house in northfield. I had no complaints with the quality of work however there was a couple of issues with the scheduling and i was a little frustrated but they worked it out. Overall it was a good experience. Bayport roofing and siding came out to my home in cottage Grove and offered me a free inspection. He spent 10 to 15 minutes on my roof and informed me that my property was in good shape and that no damage was done from the hail. I will for sure be calling these guys back the next time a storm hits 5 stars for being honest
