            Government Action: BBB reports on known government actions involving business’ marketplace conduct:
            Minnesota Dept of Labor & Industry Consent Order

            On May 23, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business failed to ensure that its registered unlicensed plumbers are properly registered with DLI and properly supervised by licensed journeyworker or master plumber, per Minn. Stat. 326B.47, subd. 1 (b) and 3 (2020) . Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure that app registered unlicensed plumbers are properly registered and supervised by a licensed journeyworker or master plumber employed by the business and to pay $500.00 penalty with the balance of $2000.00 stayed on the condition the business complies with the Consent Order and has no further violations of any law, rule or Order by DLI. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to the below link.
