I hired ***** Sewer at the recommendation of a trusted contractor. He came to my home twice. the first time he said he cleaned the main sewer line and after paying in just under $200 two weeks later water was coming into my basement again, This time he came out and gave me a break by charging only $50 but once again he did not fix the problem. He cleaned another line in the laundry room. But after he left I had even more water in my basement. After calling and letting him know he got very angry that I had even bothered him because it was his day off! I hired another company that came out and not only fixed the problem right away he explained the floor drain was never cleared to being with and that ***** sewer didn't even close the drain properly and left ************** in the main drain. I very expensive way to find out which company will not stand behind their work. If this note just stops one person from being taken advantage of then it was worth it. I'm out almost $300 & when I called him he refused to make it right.Review from Arleen S

6 months ago, I called to have my drain by the wash machine cleaned because it backed up. They sent a guy out who ran the faucet full blast. The faucet wouldnt stop dripping when he was done. I called the company. He said it would cost $500 to fix it. Wouldnt take any responsibility for it. I didnt trust them to fix it right and called another company. Now, its backed up again. Terrible customer **********************. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
