    I've worked with Field Nation before, for the most part is ok. However, I had what i thought was a small issue and turned out to be longer than needed. Their support team goes in circles and closing the ticket as soon as they reply without even solving the issue. I have about $200 that I'm unable to transfer to my account. I use the pro version to be able to transfer everything as soon as the job is approved by the company. When I call, they would just ask me to wait, (it has been 3 days with no resolution)... They need to streamline their tickets /support case resolution.

    My name is ********************* used to do exactly what you're doing over there in **********! I think this is an info-only complaint, but just as an aside, this provider needed to updated his tax info to facilitate payment. Our accounting team had already been in contact with him and got this fixed by the time we received this.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    The response was trying to say that I needed to update my tax information. The tax information that i sent them was exactly the same as it was on my account when I was having the issue. The issue was resolved. they might have updated something on the account. However, they took way too long and only after I contact the bbb. and they still closed the ticket without solving it at first.

    I performed a service for an agreed upon amount for Field Nation. I have yet to be able to receive my payment due to an error in their ***************************** refusing to rectify the problem on their end in a timely manner.
